This is the place to get your yearly flu vaccine and get caught up on your Covid-19 booster shots. No long waits, unlike our PCP office. Get in and out quickly. The staff is super friendly and tries to get you on your way as soon as possible. Tracy is very gentle when adminstrating the vaccines. Sera Collection Research Services is located in Montebello on Beverly Blvd and Taylor Ave. If you need testing for Covid-19 or the Flu, come here. They got you.

Parking lot sign, you won't miss the building. Located on the corner or Beverly Blvd and Taylor Ave.

I was worried after seeing the poor ratings and hoping my experience will be okay. Thankfully it was more than okay! When I called to book an appointment, I spoke with a nice staff (forgot her name) and she booked my appointment after checking I was in the system and obtaining my insurance information. After booking, I received a text message to complete some forms prior to my appointment - which took a few quick minutes. Appointment is approaching within a few days, I get a text with address info, my appointment date and time and what my copay will be. Plus, to confirm my appointment. I forgot about this text and they called me later that day for verbal confirmation. The appointment day comes and I have an early 9am morning appointment. The reminder does mention to come 20 minutes earlier. Parking in the morning is okay, but I can imagine it getting full for afternoon appointments. They open at 9, but people are there before 9 because 1st come 1st serve basis for their X-RAYS, etc. but for US it's by appointment, so I was seen right at the dot after checking in. I did have to fill out a form to provide my updated address and also paid for my copay before going in. The US technician was Sage and she was friendly, quick and got me out in 15 minutes. No frills! Overall, a positive experience and I believe they are trying their best to serve their customers to their best of their ability. Imaging centers always have a wait but I'm so glad they honor the services that has appointments scheduled!

You have three options to file a complaint against this medical group. At first file a dispute with your health care company, second file a complaint with California Department of Health and Management and finally file a dispute with your credit card for a different charges as I did. Finally my credit cards took care of the issue and permanent credit the difference charges back to my credit account. They are horrible for customers services.

They apparently switched to a new system, and for some reason my mom kept receiving notifications to complete some forms. The website link they made me fill out also doesn't work either. Good try though. The lady who handled my MRI paperwork was quite nice. She didn't give me issues for forgetting my insurance card and allowed me to email it instead. MRI tech was also polite too. Was at the center for 45 mins tops to get my cabeza screened. This place still has its flaws and one of the few imaging centers in sgv that accepts medi-cal recipients. If anyone has the option to, I'd recommend to go elsewhere. Huge 180 from my visit from several years ago where front desk staff were extremely rude.

Just come back another date she that set my new appt without letting me know when i thought she checked me in for my appt. I drove an hour drive to here and i did called her and said because the freeway i came from have accident in the front so traffic will be 10 mins late when i arrived she get my ins card , id and i thought she checked in and she went yo back office and dont say anything then come up and said see me next time. She literally wasted another 10 mins and she blamed on me. She could have tell me and dont check me in and wasted my time and said dont see me! What a shame when you are in professional setting and act so low! Worst is another lady came over yelled at me too! I said what the heck? The security was good shaking his head how they treated me! No mercy and treating patients extremely horrible and terrible! Feel sorry for the owner of the business that have terrible staffs mistreating his customers

The front desk staff is not patient or friendly at all to those with tech illiteracy. First of all, the stress of COVID precautions means only 7 patients are allowed at a time in the waiting room. Which is not a bad thing, but it creates a waiting system especially for those without an appointment. Personally, I did not have any problem checking in or waiting to be seen. It was smooth sailing for me. But it really bothers me when our elders and those with a language barrier are treated as second class citizens when the people working there obviously also speak Spanish too, proven because I heard them speak it. Parking was easy and so was finding the place.

They definitely need to hire more techs or have better staffing during busy hours. When we arrived, there was only one person drawing blood while also taking care of the front. Another tech eventually came back from break, but instead of helping with the long line of patients, they were in the back chatting while everyone continued to wait. It's extremely frustrating to sit here for hours, especially when you can see how understaffed and unorganized the location is. I completely understand that places get busy, but when patients are waiting this long and there aren't even enough seats, something needs to change.
