Ellie was fantastic. It took a lot of skill for her to walk back these mistakes while trying to keep my length. While she acknowledged that she couldn't get it perfect without taking off several inches, she was able to correct the worst offenses. She did what I requested but the result is not satisfying rather dissapointing. Hair has been trimmed way too much - usually trimming and layering done in the inner layer of the hair, not outer layer but somehow she did both inner and outer which makes my hair look very messy. It was $85 total not including tips ($10 extra charge due heavy hair). If I could reverse time and decide whether or not to get a haircut, I wouldn't at least with Nina.
