She did what I requested but the result is not satisfying rather dissapointing. Hair has been trimmed way too much - usually trimming and layering done in the inner layer of the hair, not outer layer but somehow she did both inner and outer which makes my hair look very messy. It was $85 total not including tips ($10 extra charge due heavy hair). If I could reverse time and decide whether or not to get a haircut, I wouldn't at least with Nina.

She was recommended to me by a friend and still today, I wouldn't even think to go to anyone else! I can count on Mariola to work her wizardry every time I come in for a cut. I remember her telling me one day, that each time she cuts my hair, it might be just a tad bit different. She looks at my face, the current length. She asks questions, even today...were the bangs too long last time? Do want this part shorter, etc? She takes to a haircut, the way an artist might take to a canvas and she enjoys the process. Her hair was past her bottom and too long for us to manage. I convinced her it was going to be fun because someone was going to wash her hair and massage her head a little, give it a trim and a nice blow dry....ummm...not what happened. My babe never got her hair washed. Stylist just did a dry cut. And it was over in 20 minutes. $60?! Whoa. She didn't get a $60 experience. No hair wash or blow dry. Just a quick rough, dry cut. She was disappointed and so was I. We didn't say anything but reflecting back, I was shocked at being charged so much for so little service. It was $60 with tip. I'm assuming the salon sets a base price, not the stylist. Nevertheless, I take my daughter elsewhere where she gets the full salon experience.
