I called Emergency Remediation Services and they were here in no time at all setting up fans and dehumidifiers and assessing where all the unseen damage was. They had every needed trade on call from electrical to plumbers who showed up at the drop of a dime. The craftsman and laborers that they had on the job all showed up wearing masks and were so polite and understanding with the stress we were under. After the heater did not go on after sitting for a year I called Danny. He blamed it on everything and everybody but himself. There was not even a screw where there was supposed to be in order to lock the heater on the wall. Plus there were 2 holes in the wall behind the heater, one quite large. He said he had been installing these heaters for 30 years. I don't think Envi heaters have been around that long. Maybe they should actually READ the instructions. Won't use this business again.
