But, most of the time I shop from home and place an order to pick up. Every time I go pick up it's always an off hour, and there isn't a line yet I find myself waiting. Honestly, I could've run around the store and picked up things in the same amount of time I'm standing there. The whole point of buying from home is to get in and out. Usually a couple of the ladies behind the counter are discussing something or someone is giving orders and I understand things need to get done but when I'm the only customer it would be nice to pay attention as they will quickly be able to get back to whatever they were doing. I'm going to start trying a different location closer to me. Hopefully it's not just indicative of the Ulta culture and just specific to this store. That aside the store is always clean and super organized hence the 3 stars. Also, usually pretty stocked so a one stop shop.

The employees are all well versed in product knowledge, and during my last visit I had to make an exchange, and had no problems doing so. I don't shop here super often, but this location will definitely be my first choice when I need something from Bath & Body Works.

There's no snobbery you might have experienced at retailers selling luxury brands. But I will, and have, driven the distance to visit this location because not only do they carry a good selection of sometimes hard to find product, but the entire staff is truly passionate about and experienced in the industry! They are all very helpful, listening, suggesting options, and providing the nuanced feedback very helpful when making decisions on pricey purchases. The samples are also meaningful! whereas in other beauty retail shops you either don't get testers or they put a bunch of meaningless manufactured test samples in your bag, I find that the team here really listens to customers and gears samples based on the conversation - the samples have often led me to purchases that became part of my daily routine. I highly recommend a visit! The location is great and there's a great selection in a variety of price ranges. But better yet, it's the people, their expertise and helpfulness that keeps me coming back.

The entire team of makeup artists are talented, positive, professional, and friendly - they make you feel so comfortable no matter what service you're there for. Over the years, Muah has become a staple in my beauty routine (the individual lashes have changed my LIFE and given me so much more confidence) and has been a must in all of my biggest life events - engagement photos (twice), my wedding, weddings of my friends, special events. I have never been disappointed in the quality of service, and have left each time feeling so good about myself, which is worth its weight in gold. There is honestly no one I would ever trust more to take care of my makeup needs before an event or night out. For the quality of service, the prices are unparalleled, and honestly such a deal for the area. Muah also offers transformational glam, which is an awesome service and commitment to our LGBQT+ family, as well as photography packages, makeup classes, and tanning. This is a full service spot, and one that is inclusive to such a variety of needs. The products used and sold at Muah are also incredibly high quality. The skincare is on par with brands I've spent 4x the amount on, the makeup is long lasting, incredibly affordable, and again, the highest of quality. I cannot recommend enough. Ashlee, Jess, Allison, and the rest of the team really focus on perfecting their craft, and working with each individual person who enters Muah to make sure that they feel their most beautiful. And seriously - go get the individual lashes, but be prepared to become as addicted to them as I am.

I went to a wedding later that day and received nothing, but incredible compliments on my make up. Second time around, I returned for my shower make up. Ashlee was working a different event and wasn't able to do my makeup, instead I had Jessica. Jessica was so lovely and personable. She chatted with me the entire time and mixed colors to find the best shade for me and my skin tone. It was amazing. Then for my big day, the store was so accommodating and they were happy to travel wherever I needed them to. It was greatly appreciated that their travel time was already worked into the price. I was only expecting Ashlee and Jessica, but we also got Nicky at no extra cost! All three of them were wonderful and worked very efficiently to make sure that each of my bridesmaids, my mother, and I were all well taken care of. Ashlee was even happy to pause on her way out to help touch up my makeup after I smudged it. Highly recommend working with Muah. Their store is super cute too! And they travel with their own light, so even if you don't have a space with the correct lighting, they'll still be able to take care of you.

I visited Endurance Permanent Makeup to have my eyeliner tattooed and unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. I brought clear reference photos of what I wanted, yet the final result was far from what I expected. The lines were uneven, not straight, and didn't match on either side -- something you absolutely don't want when it comes to your face. Liz, the technician and owner, spent a lot of time talking about herself and her family, which was distracting and unprofessional during a service that requires precision and attention to detail. It became very clear that despite her claims of being an expert, her work did not reflect that level of skill. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering permanent makeup or any other service Liz provides, to look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did. Her work is horrible. Before the appointment, she reached out to learn more about my skin concerns and current regimen. I told her my biggest skin issues were large pores, sagging skin and a dull complexion. At the appointment, she started the with dermaplaning, which removes peach fuzzes and dead skin cells. My skin instantly felt softer and more breathable. She then did a mint and papaya enzyme peel. The enzyme tingled a little but nothing unbearable and felt really refreshing and nourishing afterwards. She then removed the black heads. But first she applied a partial facial mask to loosen up the sebum in my pores and as a result there's very little pinching and squeezing to remove the blackheads unlike my previous experience with facials. I really loved how painless that was and the results are just as great! Meanwhile, she massaged my shoulders and neck and applied a décolleté peel off mask. she ended the session with a detoxifying charcoal mask. After the 90 minutes treatment, my skin looked taut and bright. The day after (today), my pores are visibly smaller, skin feels even firmer than right after the facial, and my complexion brighter with a healthy glow. Even my husband commented on how much softer my skin feels. Below is the before and after (day after) pictures I took. Even as a makeup artist, I'm not used to thinking a facial can make such a difference, but after my visit with La'Shawn, I'm a believer.
