I am a regular at sephora and I have been their customer for a really long time but this store in particular really disappointed me. I am used to of Sephora staff reaching out to me and asking questions to figure out how to help me but here the staff was no where to be foubd and the store was actually not busy. I have been to busier stores and staff always goes out of their way and to my surprise their was a lady looked like the manager of the store and even though she was filling up the stations and we had few eye contacts but she totally ignored me and didnt ask me if i needed any help. Poor service and disappointed

This is a great mask! And it's for sensitive skin.

Dr. Kimbrough is very nice. A family member sees her and I was referred. I do know several…read morepatients who no longer come here because of the excessive wait time. I've only experienced a very late appointment twice. Parking is plentiful and it's located in a center with other doctors. Front desk staff is very transactional. Not overly friendly whether you're the first or last appointment. Dr. Kimbrough is cordial and thorough, but not as thorough as dermatologists I've seen in other states. I can only hope she's doing a good job. As far as surgeries (mole removals, etc.), suture scars are very noticeable. Family member has an enormous scar because they are not plastic surgeons. I would be caution letting this team remove anything.

I have had issues with lab sheets being filled out wrong. Prescriptions being called in wrong and being sent to the wrong place. My most recent issue was with attempting to move an appointment due to some lab results being needed and the office giving me a blank form. I was hung up, called back and left a message that was not returned.. I show up to find out that they canceled my appointment even though there were no other openings. The office staff said unfortunately they already filled the spot but then I find out after waiting 45 minutes to get my prescription they they lied and the doctor was not even at the office yet. This used to be a good practice but the staff is so incapable of the simplest of tasks that I will be finding a new doctor and urge you to look elsewhere as well!!

As a trauma survivor I can tell you this business does NOT support trauma survivors when self care is exactly what survivors need and with 25 years of experience by this Doctor you would think there would be multiple articles on how he tries to save lives through his expertise, he doesn't. The spa was great 20 years ago but it is a disaster today. There are multiple reviews about Raquel but when you make and appt with her and wait 3 months she doesn't show up. Then the receptionist thinks it's okay, it's not. I asked about a surgery and the receptionist said it would be no problem for Dr Schenden. That same week I call for an appt and a lady said he doesn't do this procedure any more? Did he forget? NO he is now just money hungry, SAD, just SAD. Then she recommends another clinic without a name of a doctor, very unprofessional. Folks, don't buy the old reputation, this is now a bunch of money hungry narcissist who do NOT care about humans!!

Went here for lip filler and Botox specials almost 2 years ago. I never left a review at the time,…read morebut now that I'm going to get filler and have to have everything dissolved and redone since it was so poorly placed and overfilled- Im more than a little annoyed and deciding to do so. The injector I went to ended up totally botching and unevenly placing my lip filler here. I reminded her multiple times at the consult that I didn't want the keyhole look because I saw she did that with some clients- she still gave me a keyhole (lol). Also, the top lip was bigger than the bottom and wayyy too much filler was placed on one side, so it was bigger than the other side and lumpy. She said this is how her clients "naturally swell" because of the technique she uses, and to give it a few weeks. After a few weeks, you can see in the picture that the upper left side on my lip was obviously still bigger than the right side. I went back to have it fixed and she ended up having to put more filler in the other side of my lip to even it out (yes I paid for another syringe to do this). When I mentioned how the top lip was still bigger than the bottom lip, she said that we would wait to put more in the bottom lip because she thought the top lip would even out to be proportionate as the swelling subsided (I still had half a syringe left). After a couple more weeks, I called to confirm that I wanted to come in and use the last half of my syringe that I had remaining to fill out the bottom lip to make it even since it was in fact NOT proportionate. The front desk told me that I had no remaining filler left. I reached out to the injector directly about this since she said I could come back, and she ignored me (lol). I don't mind that she messed up, we're all human and that's going to happen. I just didn't care for how instead of owning up to it, she kept gaslighting me saying it wasn't messed up and that it "looked good" and then acted like I was an inconvenience for coming in to get it fixed. Never once did I act rude or upset, and I tipped every time I went for injections and to get it fixed. (This is the first medspa that has also ever asked me to tip for Injectables). Overall, vibes were not good here and I would avoid if you're expecting professional & reliable treatment

I stopped taking B12 and had to start a whole new routine of skin care. But NOW, I can proudly say my skin looks the best its ever been in over 10 years. Is it perfect and completely even toned? Nope! There's areas of deep pigmentation still hanging in there. But my skin is so healthy now and I could've done it without skinphorea. Brielle and Aalayah were absolutely amazing! They got my skin together and were so encouraging the entire process! I've been consistent with my regimen and don't plan on stopping in the near future.

I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions. Then the final nail in the coffin, they send me this email, asking how my facial with Erin was..................
