It wasn't extremely busy (rainy weather kept the crowds away I suppose) so I was shocked that I couldn't find a single person to help me at all. I wandered around for far too long trying to locate specific items and then tried to color match myself. I thought maybe they were short staffed but then noticed whenever the employees walked by, they asked every single other customer if they needed help with anything. I made eye contact with a couple of employees but they simply kept walking like they were on a mission. I have no issue with asking for help, but every time I went to approach someone they were chatting or making a bee line elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this at this location before but it was frustrating enough that I walked out without buying anything and will take my time and money to a more deserving company that treats their customers feel welcome.

I took it to Cyclefit to have a check-up on the mechanics, tires etc. and was willing to pay for that security. They immediately took it, ran it quickly through their testing, examined the tires and assured me I did not need to spend the money for the "exam". What GREAT place.
