From the delivery guys DRAGGING the mattress across my wood floors to the terrible customer service, I would NEVER recommend purchasing any product from this business. Minutes after receiving said mattress, I realized that that mattress that was delivered was NO WHERE in comparison to the one I wanted to purchase from the show room. After not sleeping on it and calling the NEXT day, I was told a line of garbage about having to wait, and my "body would get used to it ". ( my body could "get used" to sleeping on the ground too!) Here I am, months later and NOTHING has been done. I will NEVER step foot in a Gardner White again! Just like Target stores were in the 90's..they haven't updated this store at all. It's fun and nostalgic coming here, but unfortunately there is a reason so many other stores have either been built differently or remodeled..because this model is a much lesser version of what Target stores are these days. Not as great a selection as other stores..and the place feels dated and run down. The bathrooms are pretty gross..and old..I mean, at least keep up with the bathrooms..you can't just let those go. Anywho..a two star review with an extra star tacked on for nostalgia reasons. Bought 4 small tops that was on sale, not clearanced. $10 each. I attempted to EXCHANGE 2/4. was buying jeans that were $54.99, & found one of my 4 tops in an XS being sold now for $14.99. Asked for help once during my 30 minute visit to be blown off rudely. Store was empty. Not busy. Different girl as cashier. Refused to excuse items & did not look at them. I called Chesterfield Old Navy & they will do it & said she's wrong. Called back after leaving & said I would not be back but my experience was awful & I'd be leaving a review. I was hung up on. I didn't use profanity or raise my voice. I also leave good google reviews, not just bad ones. I'll be reporting this to Old Navy as high up as possible just because these girls are very rude. I have kids this age who would never act this way.

Perhaps I just had the fortune of catching Old Navy commercials for after Christmas specials or New Years Sales. Maybe all the clothing items had been on the shelves forever. Whatever the reason, it seemed like everything was within my price range. Not only that, this was one of the largest Old Navy stores I had been to. And by that, I mean that the Men's section was larger than 3 or 4 racks. The only drawback to a large store is that the density of employees per square footage of shopping area was low. It generally took about 2 to 3 minutes of looking to find someone available to help you out with something. There were quite a few shirts and jeans that had been misplaced/left unfolded. The merchandise itself was similar to what you'd find in any other Old Navy store. The main thing this site had going for it was size and price (seemed like items were cheaper compared to the Old Navy store in SD, LA, etc.) Recommendation: CHECK IT OUT!

We bought several packs of slingshot chickens, and they kept us entertained all evening. They also have a great selection of puzzles, both 2D and 3D.
