The introduction text was generic and friendly. When I went to book with Stacy I asked about how long she had been doing liner. I also asked for some pictures of her past work. She responded she had gotten a new phone and couldn't produce any pictures of her previous work. Then text me to contact her when I had finished my homework. I was asking valid questions that I would ask or research on a product or service. I would expect most people to get tattoos, which are permanent, and would like to see the artist work. Especially someone putting a tattoo on your face. I'm not saying Triple AAA parlor is bad, but Stacy was very rude, off-putting, and not customer oriented. I attached pictures of the conversation. This is how Stacy addresses new/potential clients if they ask questions or for pictures of work. I came to the store with plenty of time to shop before closing. However 20 minutes before scheduled closing time, they made an announcement that the store would be closing soon and to bring any items to the front for purchase. I checked the time to confirm they were still open for another 20 minutes and continued browsing. As I was getting closer to the front, but not in line to pay - the cashier tried to hurry me along by asking if I was ready yet. I told her I wasn't quite yet. Then the other woman working with her loudly said that it was about time for them to go home and that I was the only customer left in the store. There was still 15 minutes until scheduled closing time at this point but, I went ahead and just made my purchase. However, the cashier didn't stop there. I bought quite a few things and she put all of them in one tiny bag completely filled to the top so the handle ended up ripping while I was carrying it. This experience was very uncomfortable and uninviting. I do not appreciate how unprofessional and rude they were. They were on the clock being paid while behaving this way and I doubt the company would approve of treating customers this way - especially paying customers.

Instructions sent w paperwork included driving through their drive-thru to drop off paperwork, etc., but the 'drop-off' window was not clearly marked and I drove past it, then had to call them.....ugh. It's bad enough that with the current situation of Covid, we have to wait in our cars to be allowed IN. THIS will pass. I'm glad that I arrived 15 minutes early. Once allowed in is where the staff members showed their lack-of-interest attitude. That's always a red flag to me, and this experience was no different. While waiting in the exam room, I noticed the baseboard along the walls was missing - apparently due to flooding. I don't know when the flooding occurred, but in a doctor's office this is not exactly a comforting sight. Once Lacy Boyd examined me and we discussed the issues (took all of 5-7 minutes), I received 2 different RX's, one of which is too expensive (I am self-pay/no insurance), but wasn't told the cost until I called the pharmacy. I will have to go without that one. This is sad, not only that people cannot afford RXs but that I wasn't informed about the cost of the more expensive one, more importantly, the doctor associated with this practice is charging what she charges - UNaware that the rest of us are not in the same financial bracket as she is. The least she could do is FIX the baseboards, and re-train her staff! Upon checking out I was absolutely HORRIFIED at the office visit COST!!! NEVER ever have I paid this amount for an office visit! This practice was referred to me by a friend and sadly it did not pan out for me. I won't be going to my follow up appt either. Look elsewhere folks! OH! Keep the religious paraphernalia to yourselves. I was insulted!
