Instead of going in the level 1 or 2 beds 5-6 days a week. Sometimes I try to go before work and can't because sometimes the workers are not in any hurry at all. I have to time it just right. Each time the employees have been extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. This is extremely important since they are seeing you nearly (or completely) naked. I had one experience where the tan washed off in the shower the day that I got it. I went back that night and the girl worked me in even though there were no appointments available. She was very nice about the whole thing and sprayed me again for free. Also, they have a special where if you go back within 7 days you can get sprayed for just $10 which makes it very affordable. Overall, very good experience.

I followed all procedures of freshly exfoliated, clean skin, applying protective lotion to hands and feet and in-spa instructions. My forehead and nose were bright orange. My hands and fingers were orange and spotty with my cuticles looking like I played in mud, despite the fact I used the protective lotion. Various spots on my body weren't even tanned at all. When I twice called to try to exchange my last two sessions for store credit (I didn't even ask for a refund), I was told the District Manager would have to make that decision and call me back. He/She never called. Poor business practices!!
