Each time the employees have been extremely professional and made the experience very comfortable. This is extremely important since they are seeing you nearly (or completely) naked. I had one experience where the tan washed off in the shower the day that I got it. I went back that night and the girl worked me in even though there were no appointments available. She was very nice about the whole thing and sprayed me again for free. Also, they have a special where if you go back within 7 days you can get sprayed for just $10 which makes it very affordable. It wasn't horrible (not great) so I kept laying but the feeling felt like I was being pulled down, I thought it was normal since I have never tried it before. But the after math is horrible. My feet have been numb for hours, my legs and back hurt! I noticed my legs felt weird when I stood up but that didn't make me think anything of it since it was water pressure. Was not the experience I was expecting, will not be returning for that ever again. I got this done at 2:30 in the afternoon and it's currently 10pm and still in pain from it. I give it 2 stars because I haven't tried everything it has to offer.
