The two barbers that were there said no they were booked for the rest of the day and that's when I asked them to clarify that they don't do walk-ins. Apparently it's by appointment only when on the front door they have a sign that says "walk ins welcomed!" to make matters worse, they both acted like I was another barber's client, even though there were no other barbers there. Then one barber had the audacity to try and make me wait the rest of the day for an opening. I don't know what's going on with this barbershop but they were extremely unhelpful. They did not greet me when I walked in and they didn't even apologize for making me wait so long.
