I will preface this by telling you this is a MINI Sephora. It's not the super sized store like in Roosevelt Field. Don't expect that. They don't have every collection. Definitely not Pat Macgrath. Truthfully, the most makeup I ever wear is foundation, eyeliner and mascara. I'm not one of these Makeup Tutorial YouTube or IG Celebs and I know ZERO about skin care other than eating healthy and washing your face twice a day. Recently a close friend told me about this new location, so while in the strip mall today I decided to browse and purchase a new skin care line of products. I have been researching the best products to purchase from Sephora so I had LANEIGE and Clinique on my list. I sampled different lines and checked out my true match from Rihanna's famous Fenty Matte foundation line. These ladies here aim to please ! Everyone was so friendly and helpful here ! I took some samples on to test out before I commit to purchasing items. I left the store with Sephora's skin care set for $25. It's originally a $40 value. There box sets are perfect as gifts this season ! So affordable they even have a fragrance collection gift set. I'll definitely be back for it.

Very poor customer service. Unpleasant to shop there and will not shop at this location again.

The owner, Judy, had to step in because Stacey was so rude and unprofessional. Buying a luxury brush should be a fun and wonderful experience. If this is what you are seeking, you should buy your brushes elsewhere until Koenig Harry hires better sales people.

Several years ago, I was gifted a $110+ Mason Pearson hairbrush. It was sent to me through a reputable online store, who I confirmed was an official distributor of this "luxury" product. I seldom used the brush because despite its price tag, it didn't work for my hair. When I was purging items in storage recently, I discovered this brush and saw it had a cracked rubber bristle pad, which was pretty disappointing considering the mega-price on this thing, and the fact that I never used it. Upon contacting Mason Pearson for warranty claims (they don't offer any), I was directed to Harry D. Koenig & Co. for all issues. In email correspondence with Koenig Co., I first had to prove my brush was real, and was then encouraged to send it in for repair. I was told by Koenig Co. that the manufacturer may be able to fix the cracked rubber bristle pad for free. However, a few weeks later I was offered the repair if I chose to pay $55 for it. No thanks, since I never use it. I got the brush back as is, no repair. They gave me a new box and new cleaner brush for it, which was very courteous. At least I got something for my postage and time. But Mason Pearson def was not about to cover me on the cracking of their rubber. All in all, Koenig Co. was professional but email was sometimes delayed. They definitely know what they're doing if you cherish your Mason Pearson products and want to spend money on their upkeep. Just not for me.

The few…read morepositive reviews and the nice receptionist over the phone made me feel like this was the right choice...yes, not so much. Per many dr. offices I called in advance from my car. They told me I could come up and up to me if I wanted to fill the paperwork in my car or in the waiting room. I should have opted for the car, I will take personal responsibility for this. Regardless though, there were questionable covid practices. Please see my list below: -There were quite a number of people in the waiting room. There were no markers on chairs on where to sit. I simply stood and moved around the whole time. At one point there were so many people in there you could not sit 6 feet apart! -There was a patient in the room who kept opting to wear his mask on his chin. I had to ask the staff twice to speak to him. They seemed uncomfortable doing so- like wait, you should keep all of us safe? -While they took temperatures, it was ONLY once you were to enter the back area. So wait, you're telling me I can stay in the waiting room with sick people for 45+ min and then BOOM you figure out they have a temperature before getting to your area? -The wait was 45+ minutes...like COME ON. Give a heads up, tell patients to wait in their car. - I honestly cannot even remember if they had hand sanitizer out! Luckily, i had my own..along with my own pen and mask. At least I can protect myself if a drs. office cannot. I did not find safety was their top priority. I still have much anxiety a few days later and will likely get myself tested to be on the safe side. Thanks, but no, thanks. I will not be back in 1 year for a check-up. I shall be finding a safer and clean practice.

Walgreens Pharmacy has shown a level of negligence and incompetence that is not just unacceptable…read morebut life-threatening. For five days, they failed to refill a standing prescription for one of my brother's seizure medications. This is not a casual medication. It is one of four preventative drugs that keep him alive. Without it, he seizes. And when he seizes, he does not just get up and carry on with his day like some individuals with epilepsy might. My brother stops breathing. He needs a rescue medication administered immediately, or he will die. The last time his rescue medication was not available, my brother had a seizure that led to a stroke from lack of oxygen. They knew this history. They knew the urgency. And still, they failed him, disgustingly. Today, after five days of waiting on Walgreens to fulfill their basic obligation, he had another horrific seizure. This is not a clerical error. This is not a fluke. This is systematic disregard for human life. Walgreens, you have fcked around with the wrong family's safety. You treated this prescription as if it were optional, as if my brother's life didn't matter. He could have died. This pharmacy chain has proven they are not capable of handling critical prescriptions. No sense of urgency. No empathy. No accountability. You are playing with people's lives and then hiding behind red tape. Do better. Be better. Stop treating vulnerable people like they are disposable. You are not just failing as a business, you are failing as human beings. Shame on you, Walgreens.
