I usually go to Ulta but I've been dying to try Fenty so I came here. I specifically wanted to get color matched Bc I have vitiligo (a skin condition where pigment is lost), so I really need an exact shade for my foundation. After telling her I wanted to get matched, the girl asked me what brand of foundation I was currently using and what shade I wore, and I answered... she pulled up what Fenty foundation I would need by that information. I had to tell her two more times that I wanted to be MATCHED, by my skin tone, not my current foundation. It was almost like she didn't want to do it. I bought the foundation but went home and ordered more product off Fenty.com... and if I ever feel the need to go to Sephora again, I'll head on over to a different location (or maybe online) because the employees here act like they could care less about providing customer service. read more

I love Sephora and am a VIB Rogue member and makeup addict. I was in this Sephora for over half an hour trying to decide what to buy. During that time neither of the two employees present left from behind the counter to ask if I needed help with anything or had any questions (which I actually did). They stood behind the counter in an otherwise empty store chatting with eachother. I left and ordered the items I wanted online instead. read more

This company has made it the most difficult for me to return a gift that was bought for me on line. Since this Sephora is in JCPenny's they only wanted to give me a JCPenny's gift card for my return. So I took my return to a free standing Sephora an hour away. They gave me store credit and the Sephora inside of JCPenny's won't let me use it, even though when I called they said I could use the Sephora store credit no problem! The sales consultant that "helped" me tonight was very rude and short. She did not help me at all and was very irritated with a few questions I had. Overall my experiences with Sephora have been terrible. I will not give them my business anymore. I will wear M.A.C. cosmetics and not be bothered with Sephora anymore! read more

Downloaded the app just to leave this revew the nice lady working there came up to me right away i explained that i didnt have much money and she helped me find the cheapest contor palette and even showed me to the cat von d aka little miss vaccinate your kid please line and i found a dark setting powder of hers on clearance for very little when i asked if it would work for a contor she said it probably would instead of trying to sell me something more expensive which was amazing of her she was nice and polite through it all i dont have her name wish i did but thank you nice sephora lady you made my day read more

terrible, absouletly horrible! wasn't allowed to test any products (the try me ones) without the workers looking at me funny,and then asking me which one i used in a super rude way, then was looking around and the workers would NOT leave me alone, horrible service. read more

I like Sephora in general, but the Newnan store specifically, is TERRIBLE. I would rather shop Sephora online, pay shipping, and wait for it every single time than go into this store. I'm not even kidding. Went to this store 5 times for the same product and the last time was literally the last time I will ever go because of this: The fifth time I went for this product, there were still none on the shelf so I wanted to ask when they would finally get a new shipment in. (Every time I went I asked and they were all unhelpful.) I stood in line at the checkout counter because the only other staff member present was giving a mini makeover. There was only one other customer in the store and he was checking out in front of me. When it was my turn, I walked up and the employee turned away from me and started messing with fragrance items. Not one word was said to me. No "Just one moment please." or anything. Completely ignored the fact that I was there. I said "Excuse me?" with her back still turned. "Excuse me?!" Even louder. No response, just ignored me and I know for a fact she seen me standing there! Customer service is absolute shit! I wish I got the girls name because she gives Sephora a bad name.
