I was having a bad day and didn't realize I paid extra until later that day. so I called them to explain they kept insisting I returned 4. One person told me to come in for a store credit. When I came in they started to argue me down about $10. I refuse to patronize a place that doesn't value their customers. I spend a lot of money at this place. I will not ever shop there again. I told her why would I keep one pack if it's the wrong product. My $ is valuable to me

My sister took me to buy some Deva curl conditioner and I was astounded at the low cost: $20 for a 32 oz bottle. A great deal, the like of which can only be found online but you still have to pay shipping & handling and wait a week for arrival, so SalonCentric offers convenience for less. Great costumer service. Lauren knew my sister by name and complimented my hair (flattery). While she rung me up we had a brief conversation about her being a horse trainer and my starting to handicap (research horse races and betting). All and all a great experience.

This was my first shampoo bar ever so trying to get it to lather and use in my hair was not as easy the first time. The next time I used it, LOTS of lather. Also using the conditioner bar as was light and my hair felt more manageable. The whipped soap feels really nice on my skin. It didn't lather a lot, the fragrance wasn't strong and my skin felt moisturized. The whipped body butter goes a long way. You do not need a lot. I just put enough on my finger tips and it takes care of my feet and my legs. To also know that these products are made with natural ingredients, I don't have to worry about my daughters using them. The only suggestion I would have is probably having more scents available for the shampoo bars, ( like a coconut scent) then again I think you already have this scent, but it gets purchased so quickly!
