No forearms were used (I hate when therapists do that), and my muscles and joints were worked out wonderfully. Sure it was a little painful but that's only because my body is sore from a work out and also very tight! I'd go back to Plumyumi again. The heated massage table is a welcomed touch too!

I've never been a huge fan of waxing or even sugaring. I have such sensitive skin that even when I'd have my eyebrows done, I'd end up with redness and bumps for days after. I had none of these issues during my multiple visits with Perfect Peach Waxing, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my results. I was so happy with my brows and face that I went back to try sugaring on my legs and armpits (for the first time I might add). I am a convert! Everything is so smooth, and I had no redness or irritation whatsoever. Jessica also did a fantastic job shaping my brows (see shameless selfie below) just the way I wanted. She really listens to and cares about her clients! If you want a fantastic waxing or sugaring experience, I cannot recommend her enough!

She massaged my scalp and upper neck. Then she out a hot towel on my face for a bit. Then a great hair cut. I was thrilled! I told my roommate and a few others. The next time I went back, she brought me to the chair and began to cut my hair. I asked about the hair wash and she offered to have a young girl (14?) wash it. I said no. On 3-4 other occasions, I went there and the main lady who always cut it wasn't there during "her" hours. The other workers would always say "I'm not sure when she's coming in" or would go into TMI about her private life. The others I sent there had the same problem... too much inconsistency. Advertising was terrible!

There isn't loud music blasting, you can communicate with your stylist and hear each other. It's very comfortable and welcoming, and the stylists do not put on a false front, as if "You're not good enough to be here." I have felt that way at some salons. The Salon is clean & I've always been happy when I leave. I get blonde highlights & wear my hair short. I drive quite a distance to come here because I'm so satisfied.
