I found them to be very polite and helpful upon every interaction. They were polite and helpful on the phone as well, answering every little question I had with the utmost patience. I had two different girls do my treatments, and they were both funny and interesting, which is crucial since the treatments to an hour or more. Bella Medical also provides complimentary numbing solution before treatments to insure the most comfortable experience possible. I was impressed with their services and, over time, found myself so bonded to the girls that did my treatments that we are now friends outside of their work.
