Many years ago when I did not know that I should have asked for a recipe for returns . Things have disappeared. And have never gotten to Amazon. As a result I was billed for a defective dvd player. After that I switched to UPS drop offs in other towns . On September 24, 2025, I went to CVS for my annual vaccinations and tried to drop off an Amazon return at 1PM. The man took my package, scanned it and threw it over to the back counter about 10 feet right of him. I said 'I need a recipe' But he said that there was no recipe and he threw the package back onto the front counter and told me to go to some other place to mail.
