DON'T HAVE PLANS FOR THE DAY YOU HAVE A DELIVERY SCHEDULED!!!!…read more We had a great visit when we were in the store. Delivery is a completely different beast. We were told that our delivery would be before 3:00p today. When hadn't showed up around 3:30, I called the store just to check and see what was going on. They said that the drivers had gotten a little behind, there were two stops to go ahead of us and it shouldn't be much longer. I figured that would be fine. I know they really don't know what the drivers might have to do (set-up or having to load any returns). At 4:00p I called again. I was just trying to get a ballpark guess. I still had stuff to do out in town. The nice man who spoke with me that time apologizetd for the inconvenience and asked to call me back after he had a chance to speak with the delivery drivers. I called back at 4:30p. I don't think he had any luck reaching them, he asked for my number and said he'd have the driver call me back. After another 25 minutes of not hearing anything I phoned the store yet again. I tried to explain to the young lady that answered the phone that I just needed a closer estimate, like I said, I have things to do outside of the house. She seemed upset with me and tried to explain that I was scheduled for after 3. She seemed very dismissive. It's 5:15p, I've made 4 calls about my delivery and they just got here. So much for my appointment that was at 5:00.

It seems that over the last several years Dollar General Stores have been opening up all over…read more These stores are one part household cleaning aids, a part toy store and a part Grocery Store. The prices are affordable but if you check the ounces of the food you will see that the contents have been reduced to get a lower price. So I am not sure if you are saving much. If you are single then the sizes are just right but if you are looking for family sizes then perhaps you should shop elsewhere. The best part is that the Stores are all located close to the people in residential areas. This means you can walk and not have to drive all over town to purchase something quickly. I once read that the average American spends $8,500 a year on their car, car insurance, car maintenance etc. So if you can walk to the Dollar Store and avoid a car then you're saving a bunch. With the closing of the IGA on mainstreet then the Dollar Store is a good replacement. Glad we have something downtown and recommend it to all that need a quick item on the way home from work.

At the time additionally called to ensure all numbers on the account were cancelled on t-mobile's end including a "complimentary line" that was added when we first got our t-mobile service (without giving us a number for this line). They continued to charge us two additional months, approximately $240, after cancelling their services and assuring us that everything was good. After a phone call upon noticing we were continued to be charged, they required us to present to the local store to re-cancel their services "complimentary line" they had already assured us was cancelled. Elisia C ("as in cat") was successful in getting the line cancelled (yet again) but was unsuccessful in getting us refunded the $240 stolen from us by t-mobile.
