Many years ago when I did not know that I should have asked for a recipe for returns . Things have disappeared. And have never gotten to Amazon. As a result I was billed for a defective dvd player. After that I switched to UPS drop offs in other towns . On September 24, 2025, I went to CVS for my annual vaccinations and tried to drop off an Amazon return at 1PM. The man took my package, scanned it and threw it over to the back counter about 10 feet right of him. I said 'I need a recipe' But he said that there was no recipe and he threw the package back onto the front counter and told me to go to some other place to mail. Amazon app says that I dropped it off so I do not know where to go from that. I will try Winchester UPS STORE.

And even if I do - how can a medical provider refuse a preventative treatment which is required by the government. I work in the health care. But this was the first negative experience in my life. I was always a loyal customer. The one in Mount Sterling was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, they have all that I needed.

The mt sterling Walmart has no drive through window for pharmacy pickup…read more The powered carts are not charged . No pharmacy technician can carry medication to the grocery pickup area . When I do find a disabled parking site, I can use a cane to the store. But I hurt and am too weak to stand in line at the pharmacy window in a long line. And there is no other way to pick up medication. I asked them to transfer the prescription to the Stanton Walmart where there is a drive through window but they refused to do so.
