They are the most expensive place in town for furniture so I bought elsewhere for a while, came to the decision that the price is worth it because the quality. They have a card you can apply for, that's how I buy there. Local delivery is free. The sales people aren't pushy and I've gone in there and have been able to browse without anyone following me! He told me that most candle producers (including Yankee) will fill the candle jar with unscented wax almost to the top, then let that settle and top the jar with the frangranced wax. I believe this because candles do tend to lose their potency. These guys use frangranced wax to fill the whole jar. They have quite a list to choose from and will deliver. I've given many as gifts and had requests to buy more when I travel to Kentucky. Some favorites are Kentucky Sunrise, Ale-8 Soda (Looking at your Reed N.), Daffodil Fields, Strawberry/Champagne and Graham Cracker. If you have a favorite from Yankee Candle, they can provide a better version. Just taking the lid off will smell up the whole room. ***After reviewing their website it seems they have been selling nationwide and I suppose that is why they have changed their candle names to be non KY related. After coming out…read moreto replace the pump in my dishwasher, they left (supposedly with the old part, but I now suspect that they may have taken the new part with them instead, since the dishwasher still does not drain properly) without fixing it, but telling me it was fixed. I was never presented with an invoice (the repair was contracted through squaretrade, but they have to have a signed invoice to get paid) which suggests to me that they would have had to present squaretrade with a bogus invoice with a fake signature. Who knows how much they charged squaretrade? I have called many times and they simply will not call back. The first time I called, they scheduled a visit for which they never showed up, nor called with any explanation. At least 7 calls later, I have yet to receive a call back. One of those 7 times I got in touch with a human, who promised to deliver the message. The other times, I left detailed messages on their answering machine...yes, that's what I said...answering machine, not voicemail. They must be operating out of a cave or something. I will be surprised if I ever hear from these deceptive losers again, But I will keep trying, along with notifying squaretrade of their shady practices. NEVER, EVER give these people your business.
