I bought a couch in 2004 or 2005 and I didn't have to replace it for 5 or 6 years. They are the most expensive place in town for furniture so I bought elsewhere for a while, came to the decision that the price is worth it because the quality. They have a card you can apply for, that's how I buy there. Local delivery is free. The sales people aren't pushy and I've gone in there and have been able to browse without anyone following me! If you have the money or are willing to put it on credit, I really recommend shopping here instead of the other places in town.

What a fun stop!! I could spend a lot more money in Ollie's than I did. They sell everything from…read morebooks, household, hardware, personal care, movies, non perishable food, you name it! The book section was my favorite! I found 2 cookbooks that I think I will get good use of ($2.99 each). I kind of wish Ollie's had makeup. They have shampoo and toothpaste and such. But no lipsticks, mascara, nail polish, eyeshadow, etc. Ollie's is very similar to a Big Lots but I think Ollies is a bit better quality stuff.

I called to see if I could pick up on Saturday and they said yes. When I arrived at the store I walked over to the furniture counter. There was an employee at the counter - who saw me coming that direction - that turned and walked off and never returned. I waited for 25 minutes and had to go to the front to ask someone to help. When they finally helped me, they informed me that they canceled my order because they no longer had the item. I was under the impression that I bought and paid for it, but I guess they sold my item to someone else. Then she said "so you are picking up the nightstand?" Well no, why would I need the nightstand without the matching dresser. She also said that she was the one that canceled my order just the other day. Terrible customer service.
