Don't ever use the place to drop off Amazon returns. This store is the only UPS drop off in Mt Sterling. BUT I advise that you never never use them for that. Many years ago when I did not know that I should have asked for a recipe for returns . Things have disappeared. And have never gotten to Amazon. As a result I was billed for a defective dvd player. After that I switched to UPS drop offs in other towns . On September 24, 2025, I went to CVS for my annual vaccinations and tried to drop off an Amazon return at 1PM. The man took my package, scanned it and threw it over to the back counter about 10 feet right of him. I said 'I need a recipe' But he said that there was no recipe and he threw the package back onto the front counter and told me to go to some other place to mail. Depends on the store. Had an issue with another location in Lakewood, WA. The pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot because she said I have an attitude. And even if I do - how can a medical provider refuse a preventative treatment which is required by the government. I work in the health care. But this was the first negative experience in my life. I was always a loyal customer. The one in Mount Sterling was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, they have all that I needed. read more

WORST cvs pharmacy I've ever been too. Called and waited over 10 min and couldn't get thru the phone, called back in case the system was messed up giving them the benefit of doubt and once again I waited almost 20 min for an answer. This was at 11:21 am... had a prescription transferred to be filled, and told them I no longer had insurance and offered my gold rx number and was told to show it in person and was told it would be an hour came here at 12:54 and waited in line and it wasn't filled was told to come back in an hour or 2, not once did they ask about my rx number, came back at 3:15 and waited in line again and was told to drive around and wait in line again which is wrapped around the building or come inside because they had to rerun it with my good rx they didn't run it with even tho I mentioned it twice, and told them I didn't have insurance they DID NOT EVEN TRY TO LISTEN. I said that's okay I'll wait here because it doesn't take a few min to re run it and they REFUSED to let me stay in line. Made me come in, now it's 3:30 and I've been standing at the counter for over 5 min and not a single worker has spoken or acknowledged me at the pick up counter and there is a huge line of people behind me as well. I've never had this experience with a cvs in my life, very unprofessional and unorganized. Also was supposed to get a quantity of 60 of my anxiety meds and they filled 30 even tho I specifically asked to fill the entire prescription since I was paying cash on the phone earlier and they agreed to that. The lady at the window has reddish blonde short hair with black framed glasses, and wasn't considerate of the fact I've been trying to get this prescription since 11:21 am and here it is 3:35 and I'm getting a partial prescription. Covid-19 testing through drive-thru, friendly staff, good alcohol selection, but the drive-thru is very slow at this location. It may be due to Covid-19, but the past two times I've been here it's been a 30 minute wait. read more
