Walgreens site had been double booking so they've been running behind. The girl who I spoke with first who checked me in was super apologetic and sweet. Answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Turns out the wait wasn't even as long as expected because they worked very efficiently. The gentleman who gave me the shots was super friendly and upbeat which I was incredibly impressed by since they are probably dealing with disgruntled people all day due to the scheduling conflicts out of their control. It was very refreshing. My husband had a scheduling error on the website but they were still able to accommodate so he didn't have to go out of his way to come back. I'm very pleased with how the pharmacy staff handled everything, keep up the positive attitudes! It makes a big difference. Thank you!
