LOVE ME SOME MAKE UP! Sephora is one of my long time favorite make up stores! I especially love visiting in person during birthday month to get the free gift from their rewards! This location at Town Square is awesome! The staff is super friendly and efficient. Always helpful, too! I also love coming here to get my favorite mascara by their brand. There's really no comparison. I love it! read more

The managers at this store (Miracle Mile), specifically Gabi and Annabelle (spell check), were accommodating and helpful! I was a part of a bridal party and they did everything in their power to ensure all of us were able to receive make up application at or around the same time. I was accidentally charged for the wrong service, but the managers along with Carolina, immediately corrected everything. Christal was my artist for the day and she was so personable, providing recommendations for places to eat and visit. She also explained each product she would be using and did an amazing job on my face. Highly recommend Sephora for booking a make up appointment! read more

Amazing place to find any good deals in perfumes for the holidays, the service is very attentive and polite with professional care in customer satisfaction, their products are original good brands in the market, tasters in the back wall is great before we decide in any perfume, location in the strip is good prices good. read more

I love going to Sephora but this one I felt it was very dirty and not kept up. There wasn't a lot of trash can so people left there dirty samples everywhere. Also there were too many empty testers and a layer of dust everywhere (you can tell it doesn't get clean inside the store). It's smaller compared to other Sephora. read more

Sephora is my go to for all my beauty products. I'm plant based and only buy clean, plant based cruelty free products. I'm a huge fan of Josie Marans line. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I'm loving Jennifer Aniston new hair care line Lovalie. read more

This is my favorite Sephora in the strip area of Las Vegas. There is always something I have forgotten to pack for my trip or a new product I want to try and this Sephora is always stocked and the super friendly people that work here always helping me find what I am looking for. They have most of the brands you are used to and some new ones as well. You can try almost anything before you buy and sometimes you can take home a sample. They have lots of good minis in the checkout like which are great for traveling and you can usually score some type of deal with their purchase. This week they had a "buy three minis get a travel bag free" deal. They also have the product recycling box where you can drop off empty containers. My friend showed me this and I was excited to see I could recycle and also earn some points on the app challenge! Thanks to everyone at this location for helping to keep me looking great whenever I am in Vegas! read more

As a girl dad I should have expected that I would end up spending a lot of time in Sephora. Everything you need or had no idea you wanted for face or skin care. Lotions, serums and masks to try to reverse the horrors of time. Huge walls dedicated to scents, perfumes, colognes and fragrance, will astound your very senses to their limits. The staff is always professional, helpful, and you can even have them show you how to use products. You do not have to be a girl dad to go here, but it does help to have a guide. read more

It's located inside of the miracle mile next to planet Hollywood. Super convenient location!! We were looking for lip oil from rare beauty. It's sold out at most store. The sales associate helped us order it online and it was free delivery. Wonderful customer service here! read more

I had a 5pm, 60 min full face makeup appointment on a Wednesday afternoon. I got there 30 mins early; just in case I had anything to sign. I also wanted to buy a few things in the store. I was approached by the Floor Manager (I'm assuming); who told me that the makeup artist was working on someone, and that I would be next. As I shopped, the same lady came to confirm my name. Then she said that I wasn't listed and perhaps it was another store. I showed her my text confirmation , and 2 email confirmations with the correct store listed. She said that someone has a 5:30 appointment......I could either take a 30 min appointment and have either have only foundation done or only my eyes made up, and I would only be charged 30 mins. I was livid, but I didn't show it. I chose to have only my eyes done. I was ready to drop the whole thing and leave the items that I was going to purchase. I sat and waited, while boiling inside. I'm looking in my phone to find an Ulta or MAC store that could help me. The Manager came back to me 5 mins before my appointment and said that she refreshed her phone and found my appointment; so I could keep my 60 min full face appointment. I'm thinking about the fact that I had confirmation in all forms, and they were offering me half of my expectation. I felt sub-valued. The makeup artist was very sweet and helpful. The items used under my eyes made strips of makeup-lines under my eyes by the time I get to my hotel room (5 min walk). I fixed it. Anyway, I won't be back. read more

The Sephora mother ship here in Vegas. This was the first Sephora I went to and I can recall dipping into "Hope in a Jar" on my first visit to quence mt skin in the dry desert air. Since then I have added quite a few delightful items to my skin care and color collections. The Nars Orgasm blusher makes my skin glow! Nars lipstick polishes my lips. Dior, Urban Decay, YSL, are all there for the trying, and I got immediately obsessed with some delicious dark rose smoke glitter eye shadow, which upped my look to face Vegas night life. An inspirational store, and this one often has specials that are not featured at some of their other branches. Always worth a crusie when in Vegas. read more

Who helps you with your make-up and when you turn your head, they disappear while you are in the middle of a sentence. A male showed up and started assisting after she vanished without a trace. She acted like I was a cop who discovered that she had a warrant or something. I got a strange look on my face as to what in the hell just happened. HER NAME WAS "BLUE". She just vanished, no goodbye, no I'll be back, its break time, or my stomach hurts, nothing. I guess we we're asking too many questions. We bought over $100 worth of make-up, which is not a whole lot, but we did make a purchase AFTER you deserted us. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. YOU CAN'T JUST DUMP PEOPLE IN THE MIDDLE OF HELPING. It was a friendly conversation. It's not like we got into an argument. This is my first time experiencing something like this. So weird!!. read more

Worked with Marissa who helped me solve a system issue that I have went to multiple Sephoras for and talked to customer service agents for TWO years. I have been buying a lot at Sephora lately, as I decided to change up my skin care and makeup routine. I recently visited the store in the Miracle Mile shops while I was staying at Planet Hollywood. I was helped by Sarah and she was amazing! She listened to me, didn't brush me off because I'm over 55. She complimented my makeup and helped me find new foundation, under eye treatment and lipstick with a liner. If I could shop this store all the time, she would be my girl! read more

Love Sephora! This is a great store located right on The Strip inside the Miracle Mile Shops (Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino). After too much nightlife, dining, gambling, shows, and engaging in all that Sin City has to offer, strolling through the MMS is often a nice relaxing alternative...and a welcomed retreat from the heat. This LV locale is larger in scale than many others and the staff are all super attentive and helpful. From eyeliner to fragrance, and everything else in the world of beauty, Sephora has just about everything. They carry high pigmented makeup brands, and they revamped (and raised the prices a bit) a few years ago on their namesake line so their products stand up against many of the other options IMHO with a slightly less expensive price tag. Bottom-line: What gal really needs an excuse to shop for more makeup - as if the drawers and drawers we already have full aren't enough?! ;) Oh, I know...I forgot to pack dry shampoo...again. Happy shopping ladies and gents! read more

Came in couple of weeks ago to purchase my favorite Anastasia eyebrow pencil. But since my mom was with me, she all of the sudden had a wicked interest in freshening up her cosmetics. I loved that as it was her 80th birthday and the fact that she still loves makeup made me happy. A beautiful young lady with perfect theatrical makeup was the one that helped us. She was very helpful and swiftly found the items mom needed/wanted. I definitely love this location at Planet Hollywood Miracle Mile location. There's always security here. I think there may be a lot of theft at this location as it's right by the exit. So don't expect not to have eyes on you. Aside from all that, there are always makeup experts for those that need them. read more

I got my makeup done twice at this store this past weekend and I loved both looks. I used to get my makeup done at the MAC store around the corner every year but after a negative experience I decided to try something different this trip. I was so happy I did, because I loved my makeup both times. Friday I was with Crystal and my makeup came out flawless. I don't usually do a pop of color on my lids and loved the rose gold colors she chose. I was nervous because she wasn't going to be there the next day and thought what if I don't like my makeup as much. The next day I had my makeup done by Blue and I LOVED it. I feel like the makeup complimented my burnt orange outfit and complexion so well, I received so many compliments. She told me the lashes I chose weren't going to pop as much and she was right. When I got back to my hotel I swapped them for my Lilly lashes that she recommended and that I had purchased the night before with Crystal. She also did a dark liner and nude on me which I didn't like at first (only because I'm not used to it) and it grew on me. I ended up keeping it on the whole night. I loved it. Moral of the story listen to you MUA. Thanks Blue and Crystal for getting your girls face right. I absolutely loved my makeup. read more

Sephora is always five stars. Blows Ulta out of the makeup supermarket stores ;) Music just a bit too loud when I was here yesterday, especially at 10am. Ordered perfume on-line, paid for express shipping to be delivered home, they put the wrong perfume in the bag. Then they refused to correct their mistake! Visited this Sephora since needed few extra supplies and ended up with a gift rose set from Fresh Rose. This store has been upgraded since last visited and wow have they made some improvements. This location is definitely busy. It was very convenient having this in the Miracle Mile since we were taking the baby for a stroll. I stopped in to redeem my free birthday gift. Though there was many associates roaming the floors, none came to churn through the moderate line of customers waiting to check out. However, once I got to the check out, the process was quite swift. Location was nice but definitely lacking in customer service in the sense that no one came to help check out the customers in line at a faster pace. read more

They have a wide variety of men's cologne here and that was the purpose of the visit. At the same time,I didn't miss the chance to browse for a good tinted moisturizer and I was helped by a lovely male staff and he suggested better products for my extremely sensitive skin. He applied it on my face, blended and did my eye brows too for just 8 minutes! The staff were amazing! I got a free item for using the rewards. We walked out happy and I looked 6 months younger! Thanks....(blushes). read more

My experience at Sephora at Miracle Mile was wonderful! Marilyn was my make-up artist and she threw down in the glam department! I was headed to a wedding in a few hours and she dolled me up in 1hr! Its a great package deal because for a full face makeover you're required to buy $50 worth of make up which kills two birds with one stone if you're worried about buying supplies for vacation. You can just come to Vegas and purchase your goodies here! I gave Marilyn the concept I wanted, which was a smokey eye and ombre lips and also told her I wasn't afraid for her to build on the foundation because I needed it to last all day and night! Boy did it last! It lasted until 6am when I finally went to bed! Lol! She was so skilled at her artistry, was very personable, and has been working in the industry for a while! This Sephora location is lucky to have her! To start she cleansed and moisturized me with towelettes that were great products. She completed my look with lines from: Lancôme, Giorgio Armani, Becca, Kat Von D, Smash Box and Urban Decay. I love Sephora more than Mac make-overs because you're not restricted to just one line of makeup but rather have a vast selection of the best brands to your disposal. Lastly, I would recommend booking in advance. I called two weeks prior and there was only one time slot available. Even if you don't have a special occasion to attend and you want to walk around Vegas with a pretty face this will add to the vacation experience! read more

My friend And I had just gotten back from a sweet lil getaway to Cabo where we and two other women all shared the same Rihanna February lip balm and all of us looked incredible despite our very different skin tones and ethnicities. The perfect red. It exists. So cut to a few days later and my friend and I take another lil trip to Vegas and decide on our first evening there to get ramen and then hightail it to Sephora to get ourselves our own Fenty Beauty lip color to make the trip stand out a bit more. Staff were great with helping and when we saw they were all out of our desired gloss, one of the employees said he'd check in back and then legit came back with an actual platter of the red lip color for us. Incredible. Not only that, if you use the Yelp Cash Back perk (google it) you get 3% back on your purchase. Holla. We ended up scooping up some hydrating face masks and deciding to have our first night in Vegas be a low-key night in featuring self care and an outrageously priced rented movie from our hotel (no thanks, Mario Lopez). read more

I came into town to see Pitbull at the Axis in Planet Hollywood. Booked an appointment for earlier in the day before the concert and meet & greet. My friends makeup artist was Christal & mine was Valerie. Both ladies were so nice, friendly and amazing at their craft! This is my favorite Sephora in town. It's small enough so I don't get lost and wander and give up on what I need to get, but has ALL the brands that you can possibly want. You have all your big name brands like Pat McGrath, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Fenty all the way to the smaller brands you've probably only were able to get online like Melt Cosmetics, Kaja, and much much more! Everyone in the store who I've met are so kind and sweet. They actually want to help and offer advice from their makeup/skincare knowledge. Services they offer in-store: -Full face makeover -Eyelashes -Eyeshadow -Color matching -Hydrofacials ... That's right! Free hydrofacials if you buy $75+ worth of skincare products. Brands Carried In Store: -Too Faced -Fenty -Becca -Bobbi Brown -Huda Beauty -Urban Decay -Dior -YSL -Tom Ford -Kat Von D -Bite -Smashbox -Marc Jacobs -Sephora Collection -Makeup Forever -Clinique -Sunday Riley -Peter Thomas Roth -Farmacy -Murad much more! read more

I am a Sephora fan and this one in the Miracle Mile shops is a nice one, although a bit crazy with foot traffic off the Strip and the mall. It is light and bright with big windows at the front which is a nice feature since it is always nice to see colors in natural light. The selection is as good as any Sephora, although not as big as my regular store in Colorado. Still, there are lots of associates there to help & still enough products to paruse. They seem to do a lot of make-up applications at this one (or were the day I was there). The checkout was a little disorganized and people kept cutting in line and causing all kinds of nastiness - which the cashiers handled the best they could. All in all a nice store and one you can lose yourself in for an hour or so :) read more
