Kealani was very helpful. She helped my wife and daughter pick what was best for them. The store was clean, and the vibe was good. Customer service was amazing! 5 STARS. Highly recommended.
So, Ive debated on whether I wanted to post this or not. I will definitely not use MAC products ever again for various reasons but for starters I went into the store on the 4th and the associate there acknowledged me, took my information, then said that an appt for my makeup may or may not be available. That's fair, so I get scheduled for Nov 5th for a photoshoot I was preparing for and she called me at my house an hour later stating thst she would be the only one in the store, and if I wanted to go to another store. I advised her that I wanted to stay at that store and she said well you may not get serviced if customers walk in. Now keep in mind, I did not want a Night glam, in fact I just wanted shadow, lips and bronzer because I do not like foundation. She said that's fine. Needless to say, I walk in on November 5th only to find out she was not there "apparently" and she called out, which was NOT true. I walked away and saw her walk out. Very interesting! Another associate helped me and let me just say, she was NOT the only employee. There were 3 employees on that same day! Pissed me off! I will never spend my money where I'm not welcomed! Furthermore. She need to understand she is there to service customers and put her political BS aside! Regardless of who we decide to vote for, we are still Americans and have the right to service! I will NEVER and I mean NEVER purchase another MAC product! I didnt state her name but she know who she is!
I haven't been to MAC in forever!! Not since COVID. I decided to pop in with my used Mac containers to see if they still had that program, which they do. So for every 6 empty Mac containers you can get a FREE lipstick or eyeshadow. Now your choices are limited but still a big selection. I had 18 empty containers & I was allowed to get 3 freebies. I was greeted by Sarah upon arrival to the store who ended up helping me. She knew her makeup. She was very friendly, helpful & had a smile on her face the whole time. Excellent customer service! She rung me up & offered to sign me up for their FREE reward program. I my bad thing about my visit was they don't carry my favorite lipstick color, blush or loose powder anymore.....Boo
My girlfriend bought me lots of makeup for my birthday, but some did not go well with my complexion. We came to exchange. We were greeted by Christina who helped me find the right fit. So many options. But I chose a few nude lipstick options with a gloss enhancer. Such a beautiful store! The ladies who work here are also beautiful and super sweet Thank you! Located at Town Square on Las Vegas BlVD
Very knowledgeable staff members. Got my makeup done with Amy! She is absolutely amazing and did an outstanding job. My makeup lasted all day! The products at the store are a must have.
This guy is amazing!!! Talking about knowing your colors and knowing your product.. (ask for OBE) no matter what ethnicity you are!!! Rava was amazing as well! Great team work guys!!
Service here was so-so. Granted today was National Lipstick Day, there weren't too many peiple in the store when I went. One girl jumped to help as soon as I entered. She led me to what I asked for, then said she would be right back and disappeared. Really??!! Her bad because my friend and I bought well over $100 worth of products. After standing around waiting, a lady with short hair helped my friend and me. She was nice, but wasn't quite like MAC employees in L.A. She handed me lipstick and lip liner options and I had to apply them myself. Kind of strange because in L.A., the employees give options, apply make-up for you, and make sure colors/items match. These ladies need to take some tips!!
Out shopping with my boyfriend and decided to stop by the MAC store to get my makeup done for the night. My makeup was so natural but so wonderful. I forgot the makeup artist name but he was amazing.
I used to use MAC exclusively when I was married because my ex husband used to complain about the "taste" of my other makeup. As a girl who doesn't make out with other girls, or guys who wear makeup, I can't vouch for this feature for the MAC brand. Once I became single again, I nixed my exclusivity with the brand because I found #1 it's costly and #2 there are better quality options out there. I didn't stop purchasing MAC products, but I definitely began to diversify my stash. Of all the products I've used from MAC, the only thing I can recommend above any other brand are their pressed shadows. The color and coverage is phenomenal. (Sue Devitt makes incredible loose powder rollerball shadows.) I've noticed that E.L.F. makes a better liquid liner that outperforms MACs gel liner all day, every day and is $13 cheaper. E.L.F. makes a better lipstick in the form of a twist up stick compared to MACs lipsticks. E.L.F. has a stronger pigment -a feature that MAC addicts love to brag about. Tarte makes a richer pressed powder bronzer but it is slightly more expensive than MAC - but a compact lasts 2x as long. One thing that MAC has going for it is their recycle program - bring in 6 used up MAC containers and get a free full sized pressed shadow or lipstick of your choice. I brought in 12 containers and got a free lipstick and a shadow. Unfortunately when I got home, I realized that the cashier gave me the wrong shadow as my freebie. Of all the colors that MAC makes, she gave me "black tied" - a glittery black shadow that I #1 already have #2 never use. Agh! There are no returns on freebies. This location is chaotic. The sales people aren't of the caliber of other locations. They're unorganized and their makeup looks a bit... Scary. I'd suggest another location and triple checking your products before the walking out of the door.
Apologies if I spelled her name wrong but Christina, did an AMAZING job on my bridal make up for my special day! 11/13/2022 When I asked her how long she had been a make up artist she told me 20+ yrs and it definitely showed up in her work. We were first there that day as a walk in so she got started on me right away and though there may have been small interruptions, as expected, she never lost concentration of what she was doing to create my natural look that was requested. I have NEVER felt so beautiful in my life when I saw the final result! I wear makeup daily but I tend to keep it on the natural side which is what I wanted but glammed up just a bit more for my wedding. I am forever a fan and would go back to see her every time I'm in Vegas and would recommend you go see her as well so you too can feel like a Goddess! Thanks again for making my day that much more special...Happy Holidays!!! :)

I went to MAC in Town Square for a short make up tutorial. It was fun and informative. Nina did such a great job and transformed me into a sexy gal with smokey eyes. She knew exactly the look I wanted. I wanted a certain lip liner. She quickly ordered it for me. The lashes she selected are perfect! I will be back for more products. Sarah was also in the background doing a really pretty soft look on a customer. I wanted a more goth look. But, I loved seeing both of them. These are your girls to look fabulous with for any look. I will be coming back for more products and make up ideas by Nina. read more

Christina did a beautiful job with my make up today! I haven't really worn make up much at all (pandemic life), and before going to a Vegas show tonight wanted to get prettified. Christina delivered! Thank you so much for this WOW look! Stunning yet not overly dramatic. Great chat about CA life too. Thanks for being kind and making me feel gorgeous! read more

I shop here all the time!!! This is my go to store. Everyone is always friendly and they have what I need the majority of the time! I went on my birthday to get my free make up done because I am a devoted member and got my Makeup done by Christine. She did a really great job and I loved the look for my Birthday Dinner! I will continue to shop here and always appreciate the friendly welcoming attention I receive when I go. They even remember the products I get because I bugged the hell out of them when it was getting reformulated! read more

Everytime I walk into MAC I do get alil overwhelmed like a kid in a candy store. This time was different. I had no idea my day would turn out so amazing! Ana literally took the time to match my concealer!! It's challenging for any employee to match me due to my skin tone. She is not only beautiful (inside and out) but incredibly patient and helpful. A great shout out to ANA BOBANANA!!! I'm telling EVERYONE to go see her if you need help finding the right color for your skin type...seriously!!! read more

So, as much as I like to think of myself as pretty put together, try to be hip and cool, but when it comes to make up, I am a real make up virgin. Okay, perhaps not a virgin per say, but a novice, a newbie, perhaps a beginner wanting to migrate to intermediate. Primers, different brushes for different areas, strobe, pinch pots, bb creme vs foundation, wth? I'm pretty simple with the whole make up game, but do occasionally fantasize that I could put on make up and not look a french prostitute, and even though the talented make up artists at Mac know a thing or two about beautifying oneself through make up application, I often don't love the finished look of my painted up face. I must say though this last time, Christina was very skilled in the whole make up process. Having brought a friend in who is newly divorced and even less adept in make up than myself, I was so excited to see her all gussied up, fake lashes and all. I purchased a few items, will try them out, and as they say, practice makes perfect. Mac is a little pricey, but I do think some of their products are worth it. I have read they don't test on animals anymore, which is a good thing, I try to only buy products from companies that don't. Testing on furry friends is not cool. Have been to this location a few times, would return again when I need more. read more

Thank you Tanya for fixing me up ! I absolutely love how everyone in this store is so friendly! It's not JUST your make up artist that talks to you, it's the whole store. It's such a relaxed, chill and friendly environment. Definitely my go to spot the next time I come to Vegas and I need to look like a princes. I had prebooked an appt to have my makeup done at noon for my graduation photos at 2. I arrived 15 min late due to parking. Only one girl was in the store and was doing another customers makeup. She assured me she'd be done soon. 45 minutes later and one hour left until my pictures, another girl arrives and helps me. I explain to her my time crunch and told her my vague idea of what I wanted done. She SLAYED it! Full glam makeover in less than 45 min and my photos turned out great! Ask for RAE!!! She is the best! I'll be returning again just for her. read more
