There was a small but moving swiftly line when I walked up towards the checkout area. I ended up having to make a return and Shayna was the nicest person I had to assist me with my returns. She greeted me with a smile, she was eager to help me with my small purchase, and also gave me information on the makeup sessions. A 30 minute session is $30, and a full face makeup session is $60. I hadn't been to this Sephora in quite sometime. There were a number of Staffers' that were willingly to assist everyone that came inside the Beauty store. Service was awesome. read more

I really love where this location is at in Towns Square, but the service is disappointing. I recently visited to pick up my birthday gift and shop for anything new, and the staff wasn't helpful at all. If you ever have any issues with your same day order, don't bother reaching out to anyone because every single person who is in the position (manager, let's say) to correct your problem has no ability to do so. Let me explain. It's 8:30pm and I notice that my same day order, which I placed around midnight of the same day, is still not on the way to be delivered to me. I reach out to online customer support. They tell me that the store I ordered from is closed, and they send me the completely wrong information from a Sephora that is 2,175 miles away from me. They tell me to contact the store. I contact the store, and they tell me to contact online support. I said I already did that, and at this point I'm just tossed around from rep to rep. I ask to speak to a manager. The manager explains to me that since DoorDash is the third party delivering my Sephora order, there is nothing they can do about it and I should contact DoorDash. Why should I, as the consumer, facilitate the delivery of product that I paid to be packaged and delivered to me? At this point, everything should be AI because nobody is capable of resolving your issue, anyway. I call DoorDash. I am placed on hold for so long that the call ends. I recall, and they finally get a f***ing delivery person to deliver my order to me. I had one of the best customer service experiences with Asher at this location! He was so friendly and comfortable to talk to. He was not pushy for a sale or the interaction didn't feel forced. He helped me select a new fall fragrance that I am obsessed with and that was the reason for my visit! I went with the Rare Beauty fragrance and Rare Beauty Woody Fragrance Balm for fall! Admittedly, I only purchase a select few items from Sephora, and sadly they have been out of stock the last few times I've tried to buy them. This location had all 3 in stock, so yay! They also had kind of messy stations and lots of younger clientele acting kind of silly while I was trying to shop. Glad I was able to get in and out because I would go bonkers having to be around that for too long, and I teach! It was just a little too extra for no reason. Impossible to shop here. I never leave bad reviews, but this Sephora is unbearable to go to. The few times I've been to this location, it's always been horrible. I understand it's their job to upsell customers, but it gets to a point where I've said no 10x yet still have them shoving random product in my hands. I came in to do some birthday shopping and was followed around the store and asked if I need help by 5 different people in the time span of 20 minutes. When speaking to the manager he says "We don't racially profile anyone here." Not once did I mention anything about race or feeling racially profiled nor did I insinuate anything of the sort. I told the cashier 3 different times that I wanted to check out and after the manager leaves she asks if I wanted to do a return. I have to say out of all the Sephora's in Vegas, the town square location has had the most kind & helpful staff from my experience. No one is overbearingly attempting to help me, but when I need assistance, someone is always ready to answer my questions. My favorite Sephora. I just like the vibe & space at this location. I stopped in today to grab a few items while my phone was going through a repair at Apple. All the associates were super sweet when they greeted me. Jennifer help me out today with some new products that I get seen online and introduced me to some new items that I've been holding off on. She was such a great associate and very knowledgeable about each product. Wow! Hardly do I ever give 5 stars, but this Sephora really knocked it out of the park! I came here with my sister and we were politely greeted by the staff. While I don't recall the names of the people that helped my sister (one was wearing a floral shirt and the other started with a Z), but even though my sister was shopping, the rest of the staff still checked up on me even though I had no intentions of buying anything and was just browsing around. Many times in the past you used to come and browse through your favorite makeup pallets and spray on your favorite perfume. The visit to Sephora these days makes for dull moments. Your in a robotic motion knowing what you need and not diverting from those things you came for. Should I try something new these days. I don't know! Can I have a sample of it to try first? Those days long gone, replaced with uncertainty in new products that come out. Here's the latest and greatest new products. We cannot sample anymore. For me I have reverted back to my favorite brands when it comes to my beauty replenishment. On this trip the store employee suggested items in the clearance area for a change in my beauty routine. Needed a little shimmer I discovered an eye shadow pallet on sale for $8. Adding a travel set of brushes to go it's time to get on my way. On my way to the register I passed all those scents. My eyes were drawn to an Orange box filled with Hermès travel sizes perfume to go. I love the simplicity of Hermès travel bottles. The citrus base is so light and airy. Sephora has been one my favorite beauty stores ever since I was a little girl. They offer a great selection of makeup, hair, perfumes, and skincare products. This location is conveniently located along Sunset and S Las Vegas Blvd in the beautiful Town Square shopping center. The location within the shopping center is not at all difficult to find. It's within the heart of the shopping center along the southeast corner across the center play area. Also, there's lots and lots of parking along the outskirts of the mall and covered garage parking (free of charge) and metered parking within the shopping center. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted right away. I observed that all the employees, still looking fabulous, were all adhering to the face mask requirement and the social distancing guidelines. Also, because of the circumstances, you are not allowed to try on the makeup on display for safety reasons. The store is also very well kept and clean. Products are very easy to locate within the store and the staff are always walking around checking up on customers. They're always making sure that their customers are being taken care of. The pricing for their products may not always be within your budget. However, one of the best things about Sephora is that there are brands that are exclusively sold there. Sephora does offer a lot of higher end products than most other beauty stores which means the cost for a specific type of product might be a bit pricier than going elsewhere. With that being said, Sephora may not be within everyones budget. But...if you do so happen to make a purchase their "packaging"/bags are super cute. It's a gift bag already in itself. Sephora does offer a rewards program (Sephora Insider). They'll email you great deals and give you a heads up on sales. The best part is that they give you a free gift for your birthday month, and you won't want to miss out on that! Here's a quick breakdown... I always come to this Sephora. I'm a VIB Rouge member. Every time that I would come in, I would get greeted; this time we did not get greeted upon entering. We blew it off and kept walking. I was looking to stock up on some supplies and needed assistance with a color match. I asked Belinda if she could assist, but she was assisting another customer; she said she was finishing up and will be right with me. After 5-10 minutes she said she was calling someone else to come and help. No big, i get it. 5 minutes, 10 minutes, still no help. We were looking at items while we waited, Belinda finished with the other guest and proceeded to assist another customer. It wasn't busy, maybe 4-5 people besides us. Bythis time we were waiting a bit and started looking for other workers. We asked Shayna if she could assist. At this time, to my knowledge, she wasn't assisting anyone. She said that someone would come and help. 20 + minutes of waiting we were irritated and decided to leave the store. I came to Sephora to get my make up done. It came out amazing!! Nothing I could do on my own, and I am pretty proficient with a make up brush. I had an appointment for 5:30 and I didn't have to wait at all. Showed the make up artist a picture of what I wanted, and she took care of the test. You have to spend $50 when you get your makeup done. I watched closely what she did and bought what she used. Totally worth it! Haven't been able to replicate it without looking like a raccoon.
