I was going to a nearby store but had time so I stopped in and was greeted right away. I let them know I was just looking and would be interested in finding an eye gel. The sales associate showed me an eye cream which I was already hesitant about and let her know why after she questioned me when I said creams don't generally work well with my skin. I was then asked what my current skincare routine is and I let her know that I am currently on a prescription topical and use a moisturizer. I mentioned I sometimes will use a hydrating toner prior to applying my topical. She then explained how important toner is and continued to apply all steps of skincare to my hand. After she finished, I let her know that I was again just looking for an eye gel as my dermatologist is currently recommending to not have many products at this time, including toner. The sales associates then proceeded to say "I don't know what dermatologist you go to but mine always says to use toner." I asked again if they had any eye gels and she said no. It was very obvious her attitude shifted when I let her know I was only looking for something specific. Not sure if I will come back or not. :(

The lady at the front definitely looked at me, then looked away (no greeting, no asking if I needed help). I eventually came up to her to ask if they had an item in stock. The lady in front asked another worker to look for the item. She looked it up on their device and she said nope, don't have it. So I continued to walk around some more until Lillian came in. You can tell she had just clocked in to work/showed up and she was right off the bat asking if I've been helped, can she help me, perfumes she recommended as she's putting her purse away. I even asked again about the item the other ladies said was out of stock and Lillian opened the drawers and went to the back to actually look for the product. Her customer service went above and beyond. They definitely should hire more ladies that actually want to help other ladies out. A small interaction can leave a big impact. If Lillian didn't show up, I would've left the store and took my money elsewhere.

We had a nice little laugh at the end of the purchase that we'd been talking for mins and had the same name. Anywho.. Jasmin was very helpful with recommending products & techniques to ensure the natural color I was looking for was able to be achieved and avoid color bleeding. I settled on a couple of boxes of clairol, pre-treatment 10 volume developer, and color sealer. All which I have used to some extent before so easy to follow. All in all, this has been one of the more pleasant sally locations I've visited. The team is always ready to help, courteous upon patron arrival, and they do a good job helping you find what you need both in or out of store. Keep up the great work!

Everything was laid out, you had space to move around, the decor was cute, it was clean, and it screamed quality. The thing that sold me the most was the level of service! I was able to try on certain wigs I was interested in and was given tips on how I can switch up the look of the wig. I was scared to get a lace wig, but when I was able to have the lace cut to fit my head and face I was thoroughly impressed. I look forward to coming here again!
