Really polite, professional and always smiling giving great service. I've been going here for the last 5 years, and I've never lived in Victoria. I've always lived in Vancouver or Kelowna, and still I've always gone to him for my lip filler, and now Botox. There have been times I couldn't get in or couldn't make it and had to go somewhere else, but I've never been happy with results from anyone else. Dr. M is the best. He's incredibly knowledgable about the products he's using and why he's using it, and the reasoning for where. He'll never put too much or too little. Always makes the symmetry perfect. He has an incredible eye and steady hand and I wholeheartedly trust him so much with my face. He's also so genuinely nice and I truly look forward to my appointments with him! He seems to always be learning too, going to conventions and conferences learning about the latest; And has multiple certificates decorating the office walls. He's just so impressive! Love him!! I greatly look forward to my upcoming appointment in two weeks! Yay! M.M.

Thankfully, just before I said, "So Satanists are real then? Just promise me we don't kill babies", she added "it's all MD Esthetics". Based on how she looked and her highly positive review, I booked a session right away. MD Esthetics: - Highly trained and welcoming staff - Photographic benchmarks to allow post treatment comparison - Maximum flexibility in terms of timing, services and finances - The professional services of the incredibly talented Dr. Banks My first consultation and Botox session went so well that my trust has been fully restored. I've now booked a lip enhancement. I've never tried this before, but I'd love to have an upper lip that didn't look like the flat line on an EKG machine. If anyone can do it, MD Esthetics can. I'll let you know how it goes. In the meantime, book a session. You'll be amazed!

I suffer from a kind of rare condition called 'Heel Fat Pad Atrophy'. conservative treatment over…read morea six month time die NOT relieve my heel pain. It was bad enough I had to cut back on dog walks (out Doodle was not happy with this). Reviewing the medical literature I found out there was a minimally invasive procedure for the treatment of my condition. After multiple phone calls to clinics offering dermal fillers (mostly for cosmetic procedures) I found the practice of Dr. Anna Sylwestrowicz, MD . The office was very accommodating with my unique inquiry and agreed to meet with me just to discuss my diagnosis and treatment plan. One of the most vital requirements for a good medical outcome is a solid 'Doctor-Patient' relationship that starts with an open and frank discussion. I found my conversation with Dr. Anna (as she prefers to be addressed) to be all a patient could ask for. We jointly came up with a plan, discussed the various dermal fillers on the market, her experience with their use, possible outcomes and hoped for outcomes. I agreed to the procedure. Three weeks before the start of my hike, Dr. Anna injected my left heel pad with dermal filler. The procedure itself was tolerable and I walk out of the office with an order to 'take it easy' with my walking. For the first 5-6 days I was sore at the injection site but that was too be expected. After a week, I restarted my daily dog walks (much to the pleasure of our Doodle) and gradually increased my mileage. On April 23rd, 2026 I found my self hiking south on the Appalachian Trail from the small village of Damascus, Virginia. I was planned on keeping my daily mileage under 20km while carrying 15kg of pack. At that point, my heel was pain free. I hiked for a month pain free. I ended this section of the Trail in the very tourist town of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This was a distance of 400km-pain free! Considering the pain, I was in prior to the injection of dermal filler this was a remarkable medical outcome. I am very, very pleased. As for the future, there are 333km left for me to complete. I will be back to the Trail in September for finish that section. Thank you to Dr. Anna and her staff in joining me on this journey!

I must admit my prior experience at Spa Alita was not very good, the previous owner had not once but twice reprimanded her girls in front of me which left everyone on edge and uncomfortable. I had heard that there was a new owner, so thought I would try Spa Alita out again for my Birthday, I received a 90 minute back massage and a 75 minute facial. I wish I could remember the lady that provided the service but for the life of me I can't. I do know that she was recruited to help Spa Alita get back on its feet, she came from a very well known establishment "BM". The service was very professional and reasonably priced.
