This is not my favorite Sephora. They do not carry hair care products and on almost every shopping occasion they were not fully stocked. I do not visit this location often because of the hassle of having low inventory. It never fails that when an item is out of stock they suggest that you purchase the items online. This has never happened at the other Sephora stores that I shop at. I appreciate the option of online purchasing but like I dislike having to piecemeal my purchasing experience. It's easier to stay home and make all of my purchases online. In addition to maintaining a low inventory of popular items this store is tiny. From the outside it seems fine but walking in It feels like a tight space. Since I had difficulty with a stroller I can assume that it might be very difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver around. I had to backtrack and reroute myself to get to some of the merchandise that I wanted to see. This Sephora was great when they first opened. The staff back then was incredibly helpful and non-judgmental, particularly the guy who worked there for a few years. Now, meh. Staff just walks away if you ask a question and they don't have the product or don't know the answer instead of offering an alternate solution. I I stopped in quickly a couple of weeks ago after running errands and doing housework. I wasn't all glammed up--no makeup, hair not done, wearing shorts and a t-shirt and flip-flops. I was completely ignored for about five minutes until I walked up to the one girl to ask for assistance. She looked me up and down like I was asking for the crown jewels and practically rolled her eyes at me as she told me they don't carry what I was looking for and walked away. I was obviously not worthy of her time. I ended up buying a substitute product, and when my account came up showing several thousand Beauty Insider points, all of a sudden she couldn't do enough for me. Too little, too late sweetheart. I don't like judgmental people, and she was as bad as they come. The entire time I was there the manager was off to the side of the store having a personal conversation with someone and completely ignoring the customers in the store. Unfortunately I have found that in most Sephora stores they don't give you the time of day unless you are either glammed out with 18 pounds of make up as you walk through the door, or a friend of someone that works there, so I do the majority of my Sephora shopping online these days. Looking at all the other reviews, my expectations were not that high. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean. The make stations were neat and everyone was pleasant. Two different women helped me and they were very polite and respectful. The only reason I didn't give it higher reviews is because I did not stay long. But overall it was nice and I will return. read more

I was dissapointed today with my visit to Sephora. I was excited to go pick up my free birthday gift, and was told i couldnt get it. I was told Sephora had recently changed their policy on the birthday gift. That if could only be recieved in your birthday month. There previous policy had more leniency. My birthday is at the end of july, and it hasn't even been a month. I easily spend at least $1000 a year there and am a VIB member. I get emails from Sephora on the regular. Would have been nice to have gotten an email about the change in policy. I know its only a free gift, but its the principle of the matter. This is supposed to be a perk for being a loyal customer. Always out of stock - messy and dirty makeup samples and they always just tell me to come back on Wednesday (shipment day...) coming back sporadically still they are out of EVERYTHING. Also, they leave you standing at the register while they do free makeup applications - annoying. Rude snotty unapologetic staff. Idk if they are just lazy or stupid. Maybe both. Worst customer service ever!!!! I recommend buying online over this pathetic turd of a Sephora. read more

It's Sephora! This is inside of a JCPenney that is the closest to my house. It's not my favorite Sephora because they do not stock a few brands that other Sephora's (inside JCP) do. They don't carry Becca, for example. I was on a hunt to find a certain color matte lip and every shade I liked was out of stock. The girl who was helping me was very nice to me and all the other clients she was helping, but I would recommend management handle inventory orders a little better, especially if they are popular items. read more

This Sephora is tucked inside JCPenney, towards the front of the store. It is small but carries a decent selection. I try not to wear/buy makeup as much as possible but my job pretty much forces me into it. That being said, the girls who work here are all really nice and do their best to help you pick out that perfect shade of foundation or eyeshadow. They do makeup demonstrations for the beauty illiterate (such as myself) and have deals for customers who are part of their Beauty Insider club. They even give you a free gift on your birthday! read more

Being that this is the only Sephora near me unless I want to drive to the Millennia Mall/FL Mall, I come here a lot. The staff are so incredibly rude. They never try to make conversation with customers, they never try to help me with anything and when I actually go out of my way to get help there, they're short, rude, and treat me as if they wished I wasn't in there in the first place. Secondly, they're ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. I would say out of 5 times that I go there for a specific item, 4 times they are out. And when this happens, I have to haul my a** to the Ulta in Winter Garden or pay shipping and order online because do not trust them when they say that they'll have the product you need the following week- because they won't. At this point, I would rather travel the extra 30 minutes to an Ulta where I know I will get the right products I need and friendly and helpful service. read more

the older woman who works here is a b--ch. she kept harassing my sister, mother, and myself. she didn't get the hint that we didn't need her standing over our shoulders the entire time we were testing stuff out and also snatched a few products out of my hands so she can put them away in their "proper order". don't go here. read more
