I arrived for a 30 minute session and was greeted by Melissa who told me Rebecca would be doing my makeover for the evening. While I waited for Rebecca, Melissa got a feel for my skin type. She then primed my face, gave me some tips on shaping my brows with makeup, and we spoke about eyeshadow shades. Soon Rebecca arrived and started the makeover. Rebecca explained each technique and what product she used and even had me try a few techniques on my own. While she was still doing the makeover Melissa came back over and we all chatted for a bit. Overall this was a great experience. I learned a lot from Rebecca and Melissa in a short period of time. They were both professional and made me feel comfortable. I'm sure I will be returning!

I went over to her and told her I had an appointment at 1:00 for lashes and I'm sorry that I'm running so late. She asked if I could come back, because the store MIGHT get busy! I said I'm not able to, due too my sister getting married and I was already running behind. She responded NO, sorry. And I said it takes 15 minutes to put lashes on and there's literally nobody in the store, as she was sitting there doing HER makeup! I got upset out of frustration, and urgency of getting to the wedding venue on time! I asked for the store manager's name and she stated that she was the store manager and said her name was something that I did not catch. She said she would give me her card, I said great! I mentioned it was ridiculous considering it doesn't take that long to get lashes, and she went on to say lashes are only $15 its NOT WORTH MY TIME. I got extremely upset as a consumer and stated that's not how you are supposed to do business! She told me then that I did not consider her feelings as when I came in and interrupted her! I then asked if I could just purchase the lashes and I will get someone else to do it and she stated she would NOT sale me the lashes because I had an attitude! By this time I was extremely upset and just wanted the business card so I can go to another store to get my lashes. She then denied me the business card she offered because I had an attitude and threaten to call the police on me because of my attitude! I am 39 years old, and never in my life have I been treated like this before! I will also be reaching out to corporate office every day until something is done about her.

The product supplies are usually stocked quite well and you don't have to worry about them being out of your favorite product. Yes, the brand new products do go quick....it is in a high traffic mall. They have a great loyalty program. You even get free birthday gifts and you can pick your own discount day each year. This is pretty much my entire make-up regimen. The place was beautifully decorated and the selection is amazing but the girls who work here can use some customer service lessons. Not everyone who walks in will be knowledgeable about a product. When a new customer walks in they should use that opportunity to recruit new loyal customers. I walked out with a makeup brush cleaner. Next time I'll just shop online. I had a dip done $53 on 7/30. during the dip I could tell the tech was having issues with clumsiness of one of the top coats. Then the nails would not dry and I sat there for 2 hours. I left and soon after noticed a rough smudge on my left thumb nail and started the nails to fall apart each day. I called the owner Emma on day two and told her what happened. She only said she would take them off that's it. No apology for the inconvenience no refund. This has been a pattern with my nails for the last couple of months and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt coming back, but I can no longer throw money away and my nails look horrendous all the time. I used to get compliments and give this place recommendations to people, but over the last six months the quality has gone down. I don't know if it is the product, or the application, but I deserve a refund and an apology. I will not be coming back and I'm hurt by the fact that because she has a high wealthy clientele that those of us who are hard working and supported her all these years are not needed. I would hope with seeing this will facilitate action to refunding me. Also, I don't like having to leave multiple messages and being ignored.
