I arrived for a 30 minute session and was greeted by Melissa who told me Rebecca would be doing my makeover for the evening. While I waited for Rebecca, Melissa got a feel for my skin type. She then primed my face, gave me some tips on shaping my brows with makeup, and we spoke about eyeshadow shades. Soon Rebecca arrived and started the makeover. Rebecca explained each technique and what product she used and even had me try a few techniques on my own. While she was still doing the makeover Melissa came back over and we all chatted for a bit. Overall this was a great experience. I learned a lot from Rebecca and Melissa in a short period of time. They were both professional and made me feel comfortable. I'm sure I will be returning!

I went over to her and told her I had an appointment at 1:00 for lashes and I'm sorry that I'm running so late. She asked if I could come back, because the store MIGHT get busy! I said I'm not able to, due too my sister getting married and I was already running behind. She responded NO, sorry. And I said it takes 15 minutes to put lashes on and there's literally nobody in the store, as she was sitting there doing HER makeup! I got upset out of frustration, and urgency of getting to the wedding venue on time! I asked for the store manager's name and she stated that she was the store manager and said her name was something that I did not catch. She said she would give me her card, I said great! I mentioned it was ridiculous considering it doesn't take that long to get lashes, and she went on to say lashes are only $15 its NOT WORTH MY TIME. I got extremely upset as a consumer and stated that's not how you are supposed to do business! She told me then that I did not consider her feelings as when I came in and interrupted her! I then asked if I could just purchase the lashes and I will get someone else to do it and she stated she would NOT sale me the lashes because I had an attitude! By this time I was extremely upset and just wanted the business card so I can go to another store to get my lashes. She then denied me the business card she offered because I had an attitude and threaten to call the police on me because of my attitude! I am 39 years old, and never in my life have I been treated like this before! I will also be reaching out to corporate office every day until something is done about her.

I had a dip done $53 on 7/30. during the dip I could tell the tech was having issues with clumsiness of one of the top coats. Then the nails would not dry and I sat there for 2 hours. I left and soon after noticed a rough smudge on my left thumb nail and started the nails to fall apart each day. I called the owner Emma on day two and told her what happened. She only said she would take them off that's it. No apology for the inconvenience no refund. This has been a pattern with my nails for the last couple of months and I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt coming back, but I can no longer throw money away and my nails look horrendous all the time. I used to get compliments and give this place recommendations to people, but over the last six months the quality has gone down. I don't know if it is the product, or the application, but I deserve a refund and an apology. I will not be coming back and I'm hurt by the fact that because she has a high wealthy clientele that those of us who are hard working and supported her all these years are not needed. I would hope with seeing this will facilitate action to refunding me. Also, I don't like having to leave multiple messages and being ignored. She explained how to care for my lashes, what would be required in terms of a next visit and while the procedure took a little longer than expected it was an amazing result. I returned last night for a different procedure. This time it was for a lash lift and tint, shorter in time and different but Karina was still great. She made sure that the results would speak for themselves and that everything was done right. The owner was very sweet and remembered me and made a point to say hello. A super pretty, very girlie (yes I love it) place to get some pampering done. Hoping to be able to try some of their spa services soon. This place is coming along nicely, give it a shot!

My old salon, Cherry Lash Lounge, was the best. I would go in, sit in my comfy chair and fall asleep. The process was easy and painless. Scarletts has a lot going for it. The salon is nice and clean, but I miss those comfy recliners from Cherry. My back was killing me laying on that flat table and it was cold. 30 minutes in, I was done. The glue they use here is super strong. My eyes were watering for a while from the sting. That has never happened to me before. The tape they use is also kind of tough to get off. Again, I never had this issue before. The lashes themselves looked good when Karina was done, but the irritation lasted for a few days where my eyes would just water. I want to give this place another shot because so far I've lost minimal lashes in 2 weeks. But I'm not sure I can overlook everything it took to get here. My advice, get comfy recliners and blankets for clients with 2 hour appointments. A different glue would have me giving this review way higher marks. The burning is no good. *****UPDATE****** I decided to give Scarlett's Lash Lounge another shot and I'm glad I did. Karina and I talked about the issues I had with my lashes and found a solution for the tape and the burning. The table is still, not my favorite, but Karina does a great job so I'm willing to just put a pillow under my back (I would still suggest investing in a recliner. I researched so many nail salons because I did not want to spend more than $30 on a gel manicure so I wanted to get the best price around. Turns out many salons in this area charge more than $30 so my wallet was definitely getting nervous. Luckily I found Luxury Nails and Salon and their gel manicures were the CHEAPEST around! $28! Seriously such a bargain. I was sold and hopped right over. Upon entering I was nicely greeted by the staff. The interior design is really cute and you can tell they renovated to keep up with modern trends. Their gel selection was awesome as well. It took me a little bit to pick one out. When I was seated the manicurist was so friendly- asked me how I was doing, where I'm from- just simple small talk. It was nice because most technicians at other salons don't even bother acknowledging you as a person. The quality of my filing was amazing, my gel polish was perfect! Throughout my visit, my technician (Amy) recommended different products and taught me about powder gel which is something I'll have to try one day in the future. Overall best bang for your buck! Don't offer tanning if it doesn't make you enough money to care about your customers. The first time I made an appointment because it was necessary due to covid no one was even there. I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now.
