This one had an appt the next day available, so I grabbed it. I decided on the "Rapid Tension Relief", which is a 30 minute session using the massage gun. First time trying the massage gun, and it was an experience for sure! Juloni was my massage therapist, and she was awesome. Communication is always most important in my opinion, and she asked me all the right questions and was attuned to my body's reactions. Prices are good here. My 30 minute session was only $21, which means I'll be back with my gift card! Juloni recommended 2-4 weeks for me, but with my schedule and the holidays, hopefully I'll make it back in a month. When I arrived, I was first told I "needed" 90 units -- which would have cost $900. I was then told about the 50-unit minimum, which I had never seen listed on the original ad. I called back trying to work it out by asking if I could simply purchase regular-priced Botox by the unit instead. The ad said their regular price is $13/unit, but I was told that the regular price is $16/unit, and that they would not open a vial for a small number of units. I asked for my deposit back since the pricing and requirements were not clearly disclosed. They kept my $50 deposit. I'm sharing this so others know to read every page carefully. The minimum purchase requirement and price inconsistencies were not made clear up front. I hope the business updates its advertising to be more transparent.
