I've had a good experience with everything . They are super busy but they do get back to you and follow up too. Pilates instructor was really good and knowledgeable. I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time. But yes overall great experience with everything . I feel bad I had that bad review up for such a long time I forgot about it

Once they took her back for the surgery I received a phone call from Dr. Vande Ven approximately 55 minutes later and she said everything went great. 30 minutes later I received another phone call from Tia who took me back to see my wife. Tia assisted me in placing her in a wheelchair and gave me home care instructions prior to leaving. Today's experience was great and all staff were great. After spending the entire appointment discussing options as if we were moving forward, she left the room, and a patient coordinator came back to tell me that the doctor would not be taking me on as a patient because she didn't feel I was a "good fit" or that she could meet my expectations. I was completely blindsided. If that was truly her decision, it should have been communicated directly and respectfully by the doctor, not passed off to a coordinator after the fact. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they then suggested I see another doctor by simply taking photos and having him call me, rather than offering a proper consultation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the practice. Overall, the experience left a very bad impression. I came in excited and hopeful, and left feeling discouraged and disrespected. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.
