Angelina (something along those lines) comes up texting on her phone with her nasty ass attitude, just so rude so unpleasant & horrible customer service. Shaun mentioned the problem and she just had the most snippy responses and dry unpleasant attitude. I never do reviews but I had my son with me so I couldn't say how I felt to her so everyone else should know how miserable she was, she deserves to be demoted her position. I went to Dr. Giannuzzi a couple of months ago for a cosmetic procedure. Long story short, I took a falloff my porch, face planted and chipped a front tooth. I was devastated to say the least because my teeth and smile are my money maker. Ok, I kid So in speaking to a cousin a similar thing happened to him where he chipped a front tooth and recommended Dr. Giannuzzi for a veneer. We actually chipped the same exact front tooth and his veneer was FLAWLESS. I couldn't even tell the difference between either of his front teeth and the color match was perfect I made the appointment for the consult and was absolutely blown away by how efficient and friendly the front office staff was, how clean the office was and how wonderful the Doctor was. After this cosmetic procedure is complete I will go here for my general dental needs like cleanings and exams!

How is that my wife and I had the exact opposite experience as all these people have had? Well, when the owners of said business decide to sell it two weeks after you enroll your prescriptions. So basically, you can pretty much disregard all of the reviews up until November 2025, as they were posted under Town Pharmacy's previous family-owned front. I don't know who these new guys are, but this place is as hot of a mess as it gets. Nobody currently working here seems to have any idea what they're doing. They consistently get confused. I've called three times asking to have the same two prescriptions refilled and delivered to my home. Each time, nothing was done. In one instance, someone answered and asked me to "Call my doctor to get the ball rolling" while he worked on getting my order. Uhh...isn't that what I just called YOU to do? The venerable icing on the cake was one morning when my wife called to order her insulin. She was told it would be delivered same-day. Gets a callback a little time later: "Sorry, it's too dark out. Someone will come tomorrow." It was 4pm. My wife and I were left speechless. Until, and IF, this place gets its act together, I'd avoid this pharmacy. Already, reluctantly, in the process of moving my scrips to Walgreens.
