I go to Nicole for electrolysis and she is excellent! Thorough, pays attention to your concerns, and has a ton of experience!

Nicole, Donna, and the staff at Lifetime Laser are the nicest people you will ever meet. Electrolysis, laser hair removal, facials, and laser treatments for your body are all performed with the utmost gentle touch and at a very reasonable price. Two years ago, I started seeing Nicole and Donna for laser and facial treatments and the results are transformational. Both Nicole and Donna are very proficient and knowledgeable. I never have to worry about being rushed, or questionable results. Electrolysis is a long process, but Nicole will always find a way to speed it up just a little by taking an extra zap to make sure that stubborn hair does not grow back and with Donna, trying to remove a skin blemish or wrinkle. I was so excited for my first laser hair removal appt after reading positive reviews on Yelp and Google but I did not have a good experience. I sat in the "waiting room" 10 minutes after my appt time while my technician and the receptionist talked about someone's Hawaii trip. Then when she decided to take me back she didn't even formally introduce herself to me (later to find out her name was Donna and happened to be the owner) What really annoyed me was her insensitive comment about me not shaving well enough in the brazilian area. I told her being a heavyset woman its harder for me to get every nook and cranny - not that that's her business. Considering she's the owner I think she needs a refresher on customer service. I would travel farther and pay more somewhere else, where the customer is valued and feels comfortable. read more

DO NOT GO HERE: I got two treatments done here; the first, I went in looking for a facial laser--specially the Fraxel. I was told they did not have this laser; they actually don't have any facial lasers--misleading name. I chose a treatment that was supposed to be better than the Fraxel, it claimed to have better results in its pamphlet, and came with the price tag of a great treatment. Unfortunately, I did not see any results. Thinking it was not the right treatment for me, I went back. The second treatment I got was a chemical peel. I had cleared my schedule for 10 days and requested the strongest chemical peel that they have. The results? I did not even peel, no sluffing, no peeling no nothing. I called and was dismissed. I have gotten peels before and this was not a quality peel. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There are much better, more professional med spas around--DONT DO WHAT I DO, AND TRY TO SUPPORT A LOCAL BUSINESS, at least this local business. read more

I would like to acknowledge that going to Lifetime Laser has changed my life dramatically. And although I was referred by a friend who's sn employee, my testimonial was not solicited by anyone. I am treated as any other client. I came in 2012 for laser hair removal services on my face, where I needed to cover up with makeup almost all the time. In a few short months I was liberated from that need, and the added bonus was how much it softened my skin. Donna Burns, the owner, is also my professional aesthetician, and she is very friendly, and she is very steady. She treats me like I really matter, and the results have been great. Ms. Burns is also very honest about answering all questions and expectations, she aims to put you at ease. In comparison to some other spas that I priced, Lifetime Laser was very reasonable, and for me the investment was worth every penny. I'm still a monthly client although I am through with laser treatments for now, I've continued sessions doing traditional electrolysis. I have also had a couple occasions to have had staff other than Ms. Burns, and they provided great services as well. I have also been a client of both locations (apparently not a lot of people do that), and they are both clean and impressive. read more

I wanted to try a different electrolysis and am glad I did. Nicole was very informative and did an amazing job. I realized that my prior treatments with a different establishment was actually creating more hairs, and no wonder I haven't seen results. Nicole thought I may have had two prior treatments by the looks of me, but I have been getting electrolysis for over 6 months, at least twice a month and a poor job at that. I do plan on writing a review on that establishment to warn others. What did I know as it was my only experience. It pays to go elsewhere sometimes. My instincts were correct to venture. I recently started electrolysis at Lifetime Laser with Donna and she is very thorough, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and definitely puts you at ease throughout the entire process. I have used both electrolysis and laser hair removal treatments many times in the past at different locations so I was familiar with the process. I opted for electrolysis this time around as I knew that would be the one surefire method at permanent removal as I did feel in the past that I was not getting the results I needed using a laser at different spas. Donna helped to explain the entire process of laser hair removal and made me realize that I might have given up too soon and should maybe try again as it is quite effective. She was so generous that she even gave me a laser treatment on a couple of areas and lumped it into the cost/time of the electrolysis visit. I have to say that Lifetime Laser is not a place that is solely looking to make a profit; they truly care for their clients and want them to feel great about themselves through the treatments they are receiving. I feel comfortable and at ease getting treated and know that I will achieve my long term goal of hair removal with Donna. I found myself needing a new aesthetician and chanced upon lifetime laser. My expectations were greatly exceeded even upon arrival. Although the outside of the building is somewhat unimpressive, the inside is absolutely fantastic, newly painted and decorated. Prices are very competitive They do pretty much everything here from laser, to cosmeceuticals to electrolysis and microdermabrasion. Very happy so far and looking forward to future visits. read more

I've been going here for over 7 years and I've never found better pricing or better staff! The deals are absolutely incredible and the staff are trained professionals. I get laser hair removal done and even though it's a little painful (only the very first time you go!) it's 1000% worth it! I've never had an unsuccessful laser treatment! I wish I could give this business 6 out of 5 stars because it deserves it! This is a great establishment. Comfortable and private. The owner is very friendly and will work with you on anything. I've only used the electrolysis and laser portion of it. I am happy with the electrolysis and have only done laser once. I rarely have to wait longer than 5min for my appt. and scheduling is NEVER a problem. read more
