Usually a couple of the ladies behind the counter are discussing something or someone is giving orders and I understand things need to get done but when I'm the only customer it would be nice to pay attention as they will quickly be able to get back to whatever they were doing. I'm going to start trying a different location closer to me. Hopefully it's not just indicative of the Ulta culture and just specific to this store.
