Before she scanned my QR code she didn't even say anything just looked at me with the scanner in her hand. If you work costumer services maybe it would be best to work with the costumer and inform them on the next step rather than giving them a blank stare and expect them to know your every move. I didn't get her name but she was wearing a striped sweater on 9/21/26 and this was approximately around 12:11. There was another costumer waiting to be checked out so I know someone got a receipt with her name. Overall the costumer services at this location is why I like to go there never had a rude experience. A lesson in costumer service is definitely something this individual needs. COMMUNICATE!
