Mom had to wait for more than 15 days to get referral for MRI and their excuse was BUSY , finally we managed through HUMANA to change dealing with miserable unprofessional staff and when we wrote it on google review , my mom received a ridiculous, funny letter, indicating that they do not want her to be a patient because of her poor behaviors toward the staff, we already decided earlier that we cannot deal with such people like this. He is very vain and definitely does not like dealing with overweight patients. Also his practice is too busy, maybe people see this as a good sign but I don't. It's like cattle moving about ready to get stunned and killed, and then he picks out who is worthy enough to have surgery. I would like to thank the front office staff, Karen, Emily and most of all Angela for their amazing care. Dr. Bady is a great doctor. My husband and I have been under his care for several years and he has performed surgeries on my husband that have gone exceedingly well. Unfortunately, that is where the compliments end. I have been need of possible knee surgery for several months. Dr. Bady began my treatment with Cortizone injection which unfortunately did not do much good. It was requested that I go to physical therapy, which I did to no avail. I returned to their office a week and a half ago and Angela stated that I should get an MRI. Normally, with our insurance, I would've had the MRI the next day but that was not the case. I have made repeated calls to an individual by the name of Leslie who does not return my calls. I was told by Yoli that everyone is trying to get surgery by the end of the year if their deductible is met. I'm sorry, but this seemed a little callous to me. I had stated from the beginning of my treatment for the pain I am in that I wanted to expedite this in hopes of having any treatment done before the end of the year. I am well aware that I am not the only person requiring possible surgery and that I am not the only patient on earth. Nor am i the only person in pain but a return phone call or updated information would've been greatly appreciated. I worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I never treated a patient as poorly as I was treated here. It's unfortunate that now I will probably have to wait until after the first of the year to have anything done and then we will again have to meet our deductible. I saw Dr Bady for lower back pain knowing I have degenerative disc disease. He only took an x-ray and didn't even suggest ordering an MRI or physically examine me, then he went right into his diagnosis which was a very negative one. Having dealt with this for the past 25 years and had 2 surgeries already, I know that only an MRI with contrast and physical examination can give a proper diagnosis of a spinal disc's health. He even told me my spine was the worst he has ever seen for someone my age. How is a comment like this even remotely useful to me and why did he feel compelled to tell me this??? He also literally said to me upfront "I am too negative". Well, he was right about that! He was extremely negative with me. Every question I asked was basically answered with a no that won't help. When I asked about several treatments that I am familiar with, I only got a No that won't help answer. When I asked about stem cells, He even said stem cells treatment could kill me if what is injected into the disc was contaminated - that wasn't what I asked. Obviously, there are potential complications with any procedure - but why did he need to point that out?? He did say there was some guy in CA but he is "big bucks" - didn't give a name or what the person actually does. He even said he doesn't do the surgery I would allegedly need anymore. All he gave me was a script for PT. This was a total waste of my time and I left feeling utterly hopeless!!! read more

Care quality, follow up, timeliness was very unprofessional, efficient and effective. Unless a patient agrees to have surgery, the doctor became and is uncaring and does not offer supportive treatment, alternatives options, or through follow-up, and nor did his staff. In 2017, I saw Dr. Bady because of the pain that I was having to my left knee. i could not walk and and was in excruciating pain. Dr. Bady treated me and recommended a Total Knee Replacement. I had my surgery and was up and walking without assistance within 30 days. In 2021, I was experiencing the same issues with my left knee and could not walk without assistance. I made and appointment was treated and scheduled for surgery on September 19 for a total Knee replacement to right knee. I was determined that I no longer had cartilage in that knee. Dr. Bady as well as his staff are very Professional, respectful, and competent. I was walking without assistant when I had my 3 week assessment. I highly recommend him and his staff. read more

I have been to Dr. Bady several times. I have never had any undergone any surgery, just a few injections that have worked better than I could have expected. He has never pressured me to have any surgery. He just tells me if the injections don't work that we might have to try alternative solutions. The office staff is by far the best I have ever seen. I had an unfortunate unexpected accident in March where I broke my left arm. Dr Sep Bady and his team took great care of me from my first appointment and continues! I met with him and he explained the X-rays and my path forward to surgery and length of rehabilitation. He has a great bedside manner and took as much time as needed to take care of my needs. Once I was on the surgery schedule, Greg the scheduler wasted no time giving me the information needed for my preop work, and what to do leading up to surgery. A few weeks after surgery I met with Angela, Dr Bady'scounterpart, who explained to me my next step would be to have a cast. Her caring demeanor and knowledge was excellent. Wendy, the technician came in, assessed my arm and asked me what color would I like my cast. I chose pink :).. she took her time applying the cast being mindful of the pain I was in. So my first visit with this physician for back surgery was on March 11 we had agreed upon a particular surgery and was awaiting prior authorization through my insurance company I contacted Kim the surgery scheduler by text several times since you can't reach her extension because there's no option to plug in an extension the first time I contacted her by text she got back to me quickly three weeks later I had sent her texts numerous times to see what the update was on my insurance prior authorization I could see through the text that she read my message but never responded finally today which is April 5 I contacted my insurance company and they said they never received a request from her for back surgery so I quickly notified her again by text which on my phone shows she read it but never responded as usual so I called and asked to be connected to my doctor or his PA and guess who answered Yep it was Kim and I told her I would not be returning because she was ghosting me and had never sent in request for my surgery prior authorization now as you all know the staff reflects highly on the practice so I informed her that I no longer had confidence in this establishment and that I would not be returning she gave a little giggle and said OK and we both hung up I'm not saying the doctor isn't good I'm not saying I wouldn't of had a result satisfying however when your staff can't do their job you lose business and there's only two things I can say about this business and it's either that the surgery scheduler is incompetent or she was instructed by the physician to ignore me to the point where I would get so angry that I would cancel there's no other way to explain it shame on you shame on Kim now I have to start all over thanks for nothing read more

This doctor is definitely all business. There is no fooling around with chit chat. I think he acted superbly! He saw me and immediately booked an OR, Anesthesiologist, and OR staff within 4 hours of seeing me the first time! He showed me the xrays from the ER and explained exactly what I was seeing. Could not have picked a better doctor! I do not agree with the bad reviews...or else they wanted a hand holder. I wanted someone to look after me and he is doing just that. For over 3 years now, I have been suffering from all over body pain, had several injections in my back and in my left knee, had never conduction studies done, physical therapy, countless x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc. When I went to Dr. Bady, he suggested Euflexxa shots for both of my knees - what a relief, but then the pain in the neck and shoulders increased rapidly and my pain management said I needed a surgical neurologist & surgery - my pain had been 'validated'. I called to cancel my next appointment with Dr. Bady, thinking it was unnecessary, but I am so glad I did not! Now I am set to go back into PT to prepare for a cervical surgery, but now I know the reasons why and what's happening! AND, a less evasive surgery than what was suggested! It didn't start out good because I had to wait 4 hours on my first visit. No he didn't have a good 'bedside' manner as he was always in a hurry. But he did do the knee replacement which allowed me to walk again. Rehab was a nightmare tho. Will never go into a rehab facility again if I can avoid it. read more

Billing department is rude and condescending. Got a bill because they had the wrong insurance information eventhough tgey made a copy of it. It wasn't even my insurance. When I calked and tried to give the the correct insurance information was told I had to send them a copy of my card. This guy was terrible. He was late to a 9:30am appt by OVER an hour. He spent 5 minutes with me which I feel was because he was running so late (got to work late). He did not look at the xrays from my walk-in clinic which showed nothing unusual but he diagnosed me as having "bone-on-bone" vertebrae - an MRI a week later showed only slight narrowing which was normal for my age. He was fast, rude and a waste of time and money. He got one star as I had to check something. read more

I went to see dr bady as a followup after receiving emergency treatment for a fracture of my left knee cap in ca. I was in a knee brace already but after waiting over one hour to see him told me I needed to be in a full knee brace from the top of my thigh to my ankle. Told me I had to see him in 5 weeks and then could bend my leg. Said I needed to be in this 24/7 needless to say I was very upset. I found him to be very arognant and abrupt with me when I questioned him. I know his specialty is spine and back surgery but I followed his instructions. I finely got to see a knee specialist for a second opinion. Got different instructions. I would not recommend this practice as this type of dr needs some improved people skills and I should have been directed to a knee specialist in this practice. The whole practice is very chaotic and seems to want to just get money from insurance and Medicare . The office staff is very harried also. Not a good experience all around. read more
