The pork bbq sticks are fatty, flavorful, and delicious. The Java rice or rice made with turmeric has a subtle flavor and was good with a little soy sauce, calamansi, and peppers. I would recommend getting some Mang Inasal on your lazy hotel days in Manila.

FYI, our chicken didn't come close but A for effort, namean!! There are now numerous locations throughout the Philippines (15,000 employees later) and we came to this one because it was close to the Pasay crib and we enjoyed smelling the smoke for medicinal purposes while waiting for our chicken.
