I gave them the days my wife works from home. Or, any day after 3 pm. The salesman said this will work. What did they do next? Made the appointment for the day untold them NO one would or could be there. For a time NO one could!! I needed the service, so my daughter had to miss a day of school to stay home for them. It took the technician 10 minutes to service the RO system. That's it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

(Mr. Andy B.) was personable and professional in helping us assess the best filtration system available to us. He painstakingly detailed all the filtration options for us, and was patient and kind with our detailed questions. Andy, (and Culligan), were gracious through the product installation, and their staff has been available if we needed assistance with the product. As for the product itself, labs seem to indicate much of what we wanted filtered has been removed. (We can't say much more on water quality, jury's still out on that). However, Andy B. (and Culligan) helped provide us turnkey financing, and Mr. B. personally tested our water several times, at our request, before and after the system installation, to our satisfaction. Recent labs seem to indicate the filter's holding up after a year, which is a good thing. No other company offered such a product, while still providing filtration commensurate with the required standards. Mr. Andy B (and Culligan's) product technicians were prompt, respectful and thorough in their analysis of our water filtration concerns. You may pay more (in some cases). If you pay much less, you will likely not receive the accountable, respectful, professional service we received via Culligan and Mr. B. at their Sparta offices. We thank them.

I first met Chris over 20 years ago when he and his father Roger installed the water softener. This family run business is nothing short of exceptional. I have had this unit for over 20 years with no issues whatsoever. The only thing I do is make sure that the salt barrel is full and change a filter approximately once a year. When I called Chris to order new filters, he recommended that we look at the machine to keep it going for another 20 years after a discussion and pictures we decided that the rebuild would be the best option. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and get a hold of. Every text I sent was responded to quickly, every phone call I had with questions was given the care and concern and the answers made me feel very comfortable about my choice. I cannot recommend this company highly enough If you have any concerns with your water, this is the company to go to without hesitation.

I was very skeptic when shopping for a water solution for my new home. I read very good reviews and Advanced Water Softening came recommended by another home technician. I purchased the recommended system and had it installed a week later. I have learned to never judge someone or a company by situations or issues, rather by the way they are handled. The tech who installed the system in my home was very courteous and polite. He did a clean job however there was an issue with the hook up under my sink that caused a minor flood. In all reality it came down to the pluming situated under my sink that caused the issue. The install took place on Friday. Friday night I noticed the leaking, Saturday morning I called at 8:50 am (10 mins prior to opening time of 9 am) and spoke with someone who immediately took control of the situation. A tech was at my home before noon and the issue was resolved. The tech even went out of his way to ensure my connected appliances were connected and properly working. I have to say that Advanced Water Softening not only installed a quality product with great service followed up by fantastic response to an issue but they were extremely attentive and treated me like I was their most valuable client. He is lacking analytical and logical skills who would rather keep his two horribly offensive delivery people, not to discipline them and possibly put himself into a much worse legal predicament later. Seemingly, it stems from the fact that he cannot replace them, lacking resources for more skilled staff. Or some other reason. The mechanical condition of the delivery truck should also be evaluated since the traction of wheels should not produce this kind spinning, possibly tires too bald, should be verified with state authorities as well. Everything starting with stuck getting stuck due to failure to just back out, unauthorized attempt to do U-turn, especially if you are lacking the skills to maneuver between the obstacles. What seemed to be no challenge for previous two trucks completing deliveries within the last day or two, personal vehicle and even a sport car, this fellow had an overblown issue. However, being stuck should not have risen to being an assholes or disrespect and insult the customer. It is part of doing business and ought to be treated as temporary issue. Thankfully, with my mechanical assistance and direction they were able to back out finally. What took place before and after should have been enough for the owner to fire these two people immediately. Specifically, the driver's assistant was blaming, belligerent and attempted assault by advancing on the customer. After a verbal push back and standing the ground, he backed off. Upon, the eventual departure the driver arose to yelling , throwing insults, and threatening. I explained to the owner of the Tribeca company that I have video surveillance and audio recording of complete interaction from many angles; I provided him with some copies to begin his inquiry. Even before speaking to these two, he seemed be on the path to justify the behavior of these two-ghetto style, tongue loose home boys by coming with various excusable scenarios and psychological nuances of hard work and travel. He called back a day later implying that he is not taking any disciplinary action nor is able to assure me if these "two idiots would not piss into my water next time". The fact that there was a physical threat, insults, microphone picking up these two calling my wife "cunt" for not stopping them when she opened the gate is not enough to take responsibility. He cancelled my account.
