Before I could finish he said "you have the AO Smith yellow top model, blue pex on the hot and cold?" I think he also knew the builders put the expansion tank on the hot water side. Matt immediately identified a problem with the pitch, ball valves, system wasn't bonded and of course the expansion tank was on the hot water side. Matt explained everything in detail and did great work. He stayed until everything was working. Checked the system again before leaving. He cleaned up and made sure I didn't have any questions. Matt clearly enjoys his work and takes pride in it. I highly recommend Ridgeco and would use them again. Excellent overall experience.
