However, perhaps it was foolish of us to try engage this company again for another plumbing issue, but after yet another set of weeks of following up and THREE no show appointments we've moved on to another company to do our plumbing work for us. Net - the work is good once finally completed - and good value - but be ready for endless following up and being stood up several times before the project is complete.

He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit.
