    Sentry Management not paying for trash pick up

    The worst management company out there in my eyes they are liars. They do absolutely. No management for my condo association here at FAIRINGTON CLUB drive. All they do is take our money. They forget to pay for trash pickup. They do no repairs. They call center will lie for them if you get the wrong person. This management company is an absolute failure. 1/15/2025 below are some pictures of who we have to live because they don't pay our bills

    If I could give them a 0, that would be more accurate! They have HOA fees and when we asked to have an expense list to see how our fees are being used, only one thing on the list has been done. Cutting our grass was the only thing on the list that they handled but our grass was only cut at the most was about five times last year. $400 is too much to ask from every home owner for only having the grass cut last year! Then the fees have gone up $75 this year! The first day of Spring was weeks ago & our lawns look a MESS! I will be reporting this company to the BBB! This is highway robbery & so unethical!

    Below is an email we received 7/2020 from the developer itemizing what our HOA dues cover. "Thank you for your email and bringing the landscaping issue to our attention. Hobbs Landscaping has been given instructions to solve the issue. They will be clearing out the weeds and overgrown vegetation at the terraces behind your building and the retention pond. Please keep in mind the $90 HOA dues you pay cover the following items: Landscaping throughout all the units Building insurance Termite bond which is required by all lenders Common area maintenance and insurance Street lights It is in the best interest of the homeowners and builder to maintain the landscaping and visual appearance of the community, therefore we welcome any feedback and or concerns you and any of the residents may have. As for your question concerning the Board of Directors, the HOA will be governed by the Declarant ( builder ) until 100% of the lots have been sold. Please review the By-Laws previously sent. Best regards, Shane Dossani Elite Homes LLC 678-687-0007 Cell 678-908-3090 Office 866-497-8827 Fax" Peachtree Walk Townhome developers obtained Sentry for property management 2/1/22 after push from the homeowners. 5 (newer and older 5 years or less) homeowners met with Sentry VP Mike Reis. We were sold that our concerns were valid and would be addressed. We were told that they would send a compliance vehicle to check for violations/violators. Meeting went well and we left hopeful that we would finally receive adequate support and property management having gone so long without it. We were hopeful that this company would help protect our investments and property values. Our CCRs state that trash bins are not to be visible from the street. We have residents who leave trash bins out daily, at street, and some place trash bags at street. Our CCRs state vehicles are not be left on street overnight. Random cars, tow trucks, semi trucks, and commercial vehicles parked for weeks or months on our streets. No action taken by Sentry. As most residential neighborhoods, residential neighborhoods are not zoned for commercial business. One of our residents is operating a rental car company from his unit causing unwanted unnecessary traffic. Customers and guests are impeding traffic blocking the driveways of homeowners. No action taken by Sentry. We asked for assistance with installing "no parking" signs to assist with our parking wars on our private streets. No success. Short term leasing (Airbnbs) is on the rise and Sentry is doing nothing to minimize this by amending the CCRs to regulate this growing concern. After not receiving help from the developers and Sentry, in the best interest of the community, residents took it upon themselves to contact county agencies to get such as Clayton County Code Enforcement, CCPD, Transportation and Development, etc...We were informed by Clayton County Transportation and Development that the management company/developers have not paid Georgia Power and because of the unpaid bills this is the reason for the inoperable street lights. We were also told that Sentry would need to work with the agency to have parking signage installed. No success. March 2023 we do not have operable street lights. We do not have common areas. No resident has had termite bond maintenance. Trash is left around the grounds. Besides lawn maintenance which is mediocre at best, there are no other maintenances being performed. Homeowners are growing increasingly frustrated. Some have given up. Some are paying HOA dues while others are not. The developers are now renting the unsold units which prolongs homeowners from taking over the HOA to release Sentry and hire a new property management company. Sentry is not serving the best interests of the community. A few photos to show parking, lawn maintenance, operation of the car business, and trash concerns.

    I haven't rented an apartment, YET!! It don't look bad Inside, though minimal kitchen cabinets, no…read moreroom for preparing meals either. The rent began as $700, then $600, $500, now $450. Each time it's reduced, I'm giving info through TEXT! I Never get to talk to live agent. When I call Revolution Rental Management by phone, the agent tells me call back and press a certain number,, the info they give me never matches the text messages. No way I'm begin a contract through Texting. The parking is the Worst part, (1) one part is on the street, next to mail boxes, blocking postal deliveries and (2) second part is on side of the unit where when it rain, it's Very likely a person's car will get stuck in the muddy yard. (3) when exiting vehicle, very little room between car door and the awful brushes from the bushes that look rodent infested,on the side of the apartment. (4) parking space so small, it'd Really be difficult to have 2 cars or visitors would have Nowhere to park!! **I can't say this a bad company, can't say nothing negative about apartment. But that parking and those bushes,, they need to remove bushes and cement parking spaces for the tenant.

    WARNING!!! I visited a property today and lets just say that I was horrified by the condition of…read morethe property. First it had not been cleaned, there was paint throughout the carpet, it had a bad smell, the floors were disgusting and dirt and scum was on many of the walls. When asked if this was rent ready, they said yes. Rentals are as is.
