Mrs. O'Reilly's rude behavior made it extremely difficult to work with her. Mrs. O'Reilly refused to communicate with me via email, she stopped replying to my emails. Mrs. O'Reilly didn't have the respect of reaching out to stop their services. I have to email her to ask for my property keys.
