Seriously, when multiple doors won't close properly, it's an indication the house might be out of level which unfortunately it turned out to be. He managed to catch a tiny crack in a casement window, minor water damage under the kitchen sink and a few areas that needed exterior paint but missed the major one that should have been obvious to someone who claims to have an engineering background. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Bell's Inspection even if your realtor recommends him. He's clearly in the pocket of the lender.
