So many contractors don't even want to make the trip out to Concho, but they did -- and with such a positive attitude. What initially seemed like a water heater issue turned out to be a serious wiring problem. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix it, but they also repaired faulty wiring to another appliance. Their expertise and thoroughness likely prevented a potential house fire. Thanks to Russell and Sons, an entire family now has warm water and, more importantly, a safer home. We are incredibly thankful for their prompt response, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend!

The initial job was OK, but the warranty lacks follow-up from Nick…read more My new Shower worked fine for almost a month. Then I discovered water around the outside. It got worse, and Nick came out and fixed the leak. It seems that a few nails had hit the water pipe, an installation error on EAA's part. Nick fixed the problem within one day, including the damage outside the bathroom caused by the water. The problem is that Nick refuses to finish up the job. He used black screws on the fascia(?), reversed the hot and cold on the shower valve, and did not re-caulk two vertical seams. The fascia also needs to be repainted so the black screws don't show. I have been bugging Nick for about 3 months; he texts me that he will come in a few days, and then nothing. He eventually told me I was on the schedule for 9 months out. At this point, I do not believe anything that Nick says.

The speed limit is 15 mph through the roundabout and the law is that a vehicle yields to anyone in the circle. I was in the circle and your truck did not slow down or yield and sped through the roundabout causing me and others to yield so that we were not hit. The truck was white and truck number is T110. The license plate number is 8KA6V1. I think you would agree that killing a child outside of an elementary school would be pretty bad publicity for your company. Please ask your driver to be respectful and careful so we are all safe. I tried calling your corporate office and your number is not working. I also called the pit number, but the man there seemed like he wasn't sure what to do. Thanks.
