Just maybe the worst run business I've encountered in 60 years If you call for a price, they have to get back to you. They don't. When you call back, you have start from scratch and they'll get back to you. Nope. I'll bet I called over 20 times to get a price and arrange delivery, and when they finally delivered my product, it was wrong. Rinse and repeat. I had to start the whole process over again. I heard every excuse. "New owner", "Owner out of town". "New people". "We lost your order." "Who are you?" It is simply amazing how incandescently stupid these people are. Watch OUT! Sentry Fire Protection & Welding will try to rip you off. This company not only accepted a cash transaction, they then denied receiving any transaction & proceeded to attempt to charge the company from which I work for the same transaction. I personally paid for this transaction & have witnesses to whom will state I did pay. They even had four employees currently on staff when the payment was made, to which they state was never received. The manner in which the whole situation has been handled they have been very rude & have even made threats to my employers. I would highly suggest using any other business, & I regret ever stepping foot into Sentry Fire Protection & Welding Supply! read more
