A semi-truck drove into my car while I was at a stop. Needless to say, but it left some serious…read moredamage to the left rear of my car. My insurance company recommended a few body shops and after scouring Yelp for the best of the best, it was off to Gerber that I went. They have several locations around town so I am writing a review for the LB McLeod location I visited. - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I appreciated that Brittany and Nybia were very patient with me and answered all of my questions throughout the entire process. Nybia advised me that my car was not in good condition to drive due to a puncture in my tire. She graciously asked one of the technicians to change my tire out for my spare so that I could still drive it until I took the car in a few days later. Major brownie points! - CONVENIENCE: Enterprise Rental is right next door to Gerber. So, I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental, all in the same place and within minutes of each other. Talk about efficiency! It was completely seamless. - FOLLOW THROUGH: I would get follow up calls and emails from Mark White, my estimator, on the status of my car. It is very difficult for me to trust establishments, particularly in car shops due to bad past experiences. But, I felt 100% confident that my car was in good hands at Gerber. - CONCIERGE: My car was vacuumed, cleaned and washed on the outside once the work was complete. There was also bird poop on my car at one point, which they also cleaned off before they returned it to me. This was awesome sauce. - FEEDBACK: They listen! I received a Gerber survey email, which I completed and mentioned an air/wind sound coming from the rear of my car after hitting 45 mph. Literally, within a few minutes of submitting the survey, Nybia called to ask me for a good time to bring the car back so they could check on the sound issue. A few days later, Mark called with great news that it was a minor issue (the bike rack was placed in such a way that it created the noise). I got my car back yesterday and what do ya know- no more wind sounds from the rear! TADA! Gerber @ LB McLeod is awesome. They do great work. They have great people. They read their surveys and listen to feedback from customers. Enterprise is right next door. They leave your car squeaky clean. Honestly, don't second guess it. Go with Gerber. If I could give them 6-stars, I would.

I was in Orlando from Jax and was involved in an accident that left my car undrivable. Being from…read moreout of town, we relied on reviews of the insurance approved shops and chose this one. The good: very friendly people and the work was done when they said it would be done. The bad: they charged me over 200% more for a tire than I could have purchased it for at a dealership. A $135 tire cost me $320 here. I should have done my own research before I asked them to replace It, but I NEVER expected that kind of markup. The really bad: a week after I got the car back, I found that the bolts holding my air box in place were missing. The bolts holding my suspension in place were there, but not even snugged down. I had to take it to another shop to have those replaced and everything else checked; if those glaringly obvious things weren't right, what else was done wrong or missing?? I had really wanted to give this place a great review - but i was grossly overcharged and was given a potentially dangerous car to drive 150 miles home.

I strongly advise anyone considering Corsa Automotive to take their business elsewhere. My…read moreexperience with this shop was not only frustrating but resulted in additional damage, unnecessary costs, and serious concerns about their professionalism and integrity. On Christmas Day, I struck a large piece of metal in the road while driving my 2013 Audi RS5, which ruptured my fuel tank. I brought the vehicle to Corsa Automotive after an insurance adjuster estimated the repair at approximately $6,000-$7,000 for a fuel tank replacement. I approved the work based on that assessment. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a two-month ordeal filled with repeated mistakes and negligence. Weeks later, I was told the car would not start and that the fuel pump needed to be replaced--despite the fact that I had installed a brand-new fuel pump just weeks earlier. I later discovered they had installed the wrong part (a fuel pump from an Audi S5), which directly caused the issue. After eventually installing the correct fuel pump, I picked up the car, only to have fuel immediately pour out from underneath after refueling. I returned the vehicle, and they assured me the problem would be fixed. At that point, I also authorized them to repair and repaint my damaged bumper. After nearly two months in their possession, I picked the car up again--and experienced the exact same fuel leak. At that point, it was clear they were either incapable of diagnosing the problem or unwilling to perform the repair correctly. I refused to return the car to them and instead brought it to an Audi dealership. The dealership confirmed that Corsa Automotive failed to install critical seals on both the fuel pump and rear assembly, which is why fuel was leaking. This negligence caused additional damage, including gasoline soaking my rear seat, which then had to be replaced. There are also serious concerns about how my vehicle was handled while in their possession. I documented the mileage before and after, and the car was driven approximately 285 miles without my authorization. During a time when the fuel system was improperly assembled, no less. I also found personal items left in my trunk that did not belong to me. To make matters worse, parts of my vehicle were missing when returned to me, including Audi logos from the engine cover and trim from the front bumper. In total, this shop was paid roughly $10,000, and in return, I received incomplete repairs, additional damage, missing parts, and clear evidence of careless and unauthorized use of my vehicle. I will be providing photos, videos, and documentation to support all of these claims. This is not simply a poor experience it is a warning. Based on what I went through, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting Corsa Automotive with their vehicle.

Had my engine got rebuild for my Audi and it runs smoother then fabulous. Then decided to have the interior detailed and it was well worth it. The prices were well below what I had expected! Thanks you Kenan
