And if they need proof of that, I spoke with the manager at elite storage. Who no longer wants a contract? Look at this woman. She's evil and had no right too. There were my things and think it was okay. I paid $600 out of $800 and I was working to pay it off completely until I learned and heard that one of my trucks did not even make it though. In fact, it was one of AMj's vehicles, which Shannon blames? Wanted my stuff off, so they're the ones who threw it away. Shannon had no right to break into my storage locker and distribute my stuff throughout the city very unprofessional.

Him and his guy were so helpful and had everything moved on time, and on budget with his quote, which was very reasonable. They were as careful as they could be to not damage my items or the property. There were some VERY minor scratches on items but I chalk that up to normal wear and tear, I don't think anyone could have done a better job (some of my furniture wasn't in perfect shape to begin with). I would definitely recommend Dan and his team and use them again.

A week later I get $100+ bill saying I owe another month for not calling them, which I definitely did. I called and complained and was told not to worry about it, they'll fix it. Now I'm getting another bill for $235 for not moving out or calling. They are severely unorganized and I'm suffering for it. I'm refusing to pay for their incompetence. Do not store your property here, they'll lie and charge you more even after you leave.

I had these guys perform a moving service for me on November 7/2024…read more they showed up on time and were enthusiastic in performing their job. when we arrived at the destination and they were unloading the truck they joked about one of my Connor McDavid pictures not making it. during our unpacking and setting up the new place we realized that in fact were missing a Connor McDavid picture. I immediately called and told them. they assured me that everything that went on the truck came off the truck. I advised them to check the truck again. I received a phone call that yes in fact the picture was buried under moving blankets and they had it. it is now November 30 and they still have not returned the picture. most of this conversation is in text so I'm off to the police station to press charge. "DONT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY " one star rating because it won't let me post otherwise
