From the very beginning, Brittany, my loan officer, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and worked incredibly hard to help with some issues that came up and get us the best rates she could. Mostly everything was done remotely which I'm sure was a pain, but they made it very easy for us. I handle all my small business banking through them now and everyone I deal with goes above and beyond for me is so helpful. Customer service is always top notch (especially from Rani and Kaylee who I bother at least monthly) and when I finally got to visit in person, I felt like I was family though I'd not met most of them before. As a somewhat smaller community bank, I'm very impressed with the advances they have made technologically to "keep up" with the bigger players in the 18 months I've been working with them. It's important to support community banks and I'm so glad to have crossed paths with RSB!

He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!
