I had been going to one of these salons for at least 3 years. Her suite is currently located in the plaza across H-Mart and 24 Hour Fitness off of Balboa Ave in a secured building on the second floor. Her suite is cozy for Miss Kelly, her client, and the equipment she needs. I highly recommend Ms. Kelly and her services - both to those who are sensitive to pain, and even the "veterans" who have learned to "tough it out." Before booking, please take the time to read her website. You will notice that her pricing is higher than the regular waxing/sugaring establishments. This is because she takes her time prepping you and doing the wax itself, which is also why your appointment will be longer (this varies, of course). This is why the pain level is much more tolerable, and makes the price worth it. It has been a while since my first appointment with Ms. Kelly, but I have returned several times since. I unfortunately had to pause my appointments with her, but await the day that I can resume my appointments. Ms. Kelly is a gem and I CANNOT recommend her enough!

If you're unable to consistently accommodate appointments, I don't think you should be offering services through a platform like Groupon or promising complimentary services that you don't intend to follow through on. I went in around 11-12ish on 10/14/26 to get a gel manicure and I specifically chose #5 in the cat eye book with the swirl on it. But apparently you have to specify that you want french cat eye when it's clearly shown in this particular book that it's not just the color but a cat eye color with the swirl! I've never had to say I want a swirl because the nail tech just does it with cat eye. My nail tech was terrible and rude! She wouldn't give me her name when I asked and I told her that I would just let Katherine know ( I meant to say Christina) about her terrible customer service! She was passively aggressive with going back and forth with me about the color and how I should have said French and not just pointing and saying #5. She kept tapping at my fingers and the light machine and never saying a word but in a rude manner.
