With…read morekids, school, activities, and work, we needed help keeping the house up and Pristine has been our saving grace! Julie manages things and keeps all of the scheduling running smoothly. Every month she reaches out with the schedule for the next month. When we've needed to make adjustments to schedule, she's super flexible and works with us to meet our needs. And I can't say enough about Blanca, our FANTASTIC housekeeper. She leaves our home sparkling every other Friday, leaving no detail unaddressed. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to our hardwood floor, the whole house feels fresh and inviting when we come home on these days. In addition to her fantastic cleaning service, Blanca is one of the kindest people we know...she has such a huge heart. If you give Pristine a call, I highly recommend her! Pristine is the way to go if you need your house cleaned. I highly recommend them!

Updating my review since I found another cleaning company that provides a better deep clean. I…read moreinitially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

Management was very communicative, reminding me of appointment, how many cleaners would arrive, and the cleaning team volunteered a walk through to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I am absolutely satisfied with their service. The value they provide is unbeatable. I've worked with cleaners before and there are typically things that are missed in bathrooms or the kitchen. This is the first time I've had a cleaning company know how to clean a restaurant grade range hood and organize a kitchen so well without even asking. BeeNeat is my go-to company. Give them a call. This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. These are not janitors or Housekeepers, though you could get them to maintain the place. These are professionals who are highly trained and passionate about what they do. Apologies for not having enough time to list what they've done or how massive the impact was for my family.

Christina has been great and we have had to shift some schedules due to various reasons and it hasn't been an issue. Note this is a local small business and sometimes they don't reply within the next few hours. For our family, we want to support local businesses and deal with a real person than a giant call center. This is one of the reasons we love Priority Maids as they're bigger than just a single person but still small enough where we get that personalized touch of service.

I asked for a quote on Yelp and received a prompt reply however, when I asked what their availability to schedule service would be, there has been no response.
