About a 1-1.5: Sorry, Taqueria El Primo, it's all you, not me…read more We made the trek to check this taco truck out, seeing that they had some great reviews, especially for their birria that's served on the weekends. Their menu offers various tacos, American-style tacos, grilled entrees, tortas, and even kid options. We ordered: +an order of tacos - I liked that they allowed you to mix-and-match, which was nice; we had 2 of the Asada and 2 of the Pollo +an order of birria - you can ask for a taco version or a quesabirria version, in which we opted for the taco version +guava juice - generous pour in the container, but this was super watered down/diluted The chicken tacos were pretty inedible - honestly, it was one of the worst chicken tacos we've ever had from a food truck. The chicken just had an off-putting taste to them, but also that they were super bland and had a weird texture. The carne asada was okay, but it could have used more seasoning. The tortillas that were used were dried out, so we weren't fans of those and sort of picked the pieces of meat out. The birria, on the other hand, was okay, but the consommé had a pungent odor to it, so I was not a fan of that. We also noticed that, even when we were super clear when ordering that we didn't want any cilantro (isin cilantro!) on either the birria or the tacos, and didn't want any cheese on the birria when asked, those were not honored; the tacos were heavily dressed with the cilantro, and the birria had cheese at the bottom and on the exterior of the shells. The red salsa is super spicy, and spice fiends would probably enjoy it. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and there are a few picnic tables set up for those who'd want to eat al fresco. Most seem to get their orders to go. I just wished I had the same or similar delicious experience others have had with Taqueria El Primo, but no dice. Located at the Sunoco station, there are some spots available to park; just watch out for broken pieces of glass that can found all over. +avoid the chicken tacos! +consommé has a pungent odor to it +inaccurate orders/customizations +friendly staff +at the Sunoco gas station

Which I would not fault you because the food is amazing. Oh and don't forget to park out in the street (the place is in a private club). Locals love it, and you need to be on their Facebook to see all that is good. They have frozen food usually available during the week when they are open and hot foods during the weekend. They also do Vegan items (such as tamales, meatball soup (albondigas), and burritos). I have enjoyed the Albondiga soup and my husband enjoyed stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon - just wow! It's a family run business and with that comes family and that sense that love is cooked into everything they make. We will be going back, and often. LOVED it!

I had the shrimp tacos and my wife had the chicken tacos. Both tasted fresh and delicious. Additionally, very good care was taken to make the tacos look as good as they tasted. No frills, just a window with an incredibly welcoming family preparing your food and making you feel at home. I learned via social media that this is truly family run business, everyone is in there helping out! As you eat, you can look over the Eastport side of Annapolis Harbor and it is a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back for more delicious tacos.
