I was very specific about the cigars I was looking for and he just decided to point in the corner and say go look over there. Great customer service. Then I mentioned a particular one that I wanted, and he decided to tell me the name of the cigar that I was asking for the size of the cigar. Tabak especial "CAFE CON LECHE" He told me that was the size and why dont i understand that. To be honest, I really didn't understand it at all because to me that seemed like the model of the cigar per se. He then told me what I need to look out for is the band that is on the cigar that tells you the name of the cigar and which one you want in the color of it. Then we called him, sir, and he got mad and said don't say things like that to him as he is not that old. I can't tell if this is his horrible personality or if he was serious, but his face showed seriousness. After that me and my friend were so disappointed we went to senor cigars and the clerk there was awesome. Even my friend asked me why you were being so mean. Wish i would have spent all my $$ there instead of giving you anything. I await you your smart response as ive seen you do in your other reviews

I'm giving four stars because the sitting area needs some work. With people coming in from Ventnor, margate and cape I was expecting the leather sofa to not be ripped and faded. The other chairs were uncomfortable & run down. It also needs some ambiance, maybe a paint job and some photos or cigar boxes on the walls. Something that shows that management wants it's customers to be comfortable. I would go back to pick up cigars to smoke outside when it's warmer. I wish the owners realized what a gem they have here & what it could really be with a little upgrade.

SO, we decided we had the time, we were hungry & nearby, so we made our way to what is now called Whiskers Saloon. We were greeted warmly by Jay who was manning both the bar and customers at tables. We took some time to peruse the 2 page menu looking for both old favorites and what's new. I decided to try one of my usual sandwiches, The Rachel for comparison sake & added Sweet potato fries (additional upgrade). I asked & was happy the special spicy sauce I loved to combine with the fries was still available under a different name, Texas sauce. I will say, my sandwich was much better than in "the old days" because this was made with actual carved turkey thick slices as opposed to thin cold cut turkey from prior ownership. I was a happy camper! My hubby tried something new to him at Whiskers, he had a chicken cheesesteak sub and was pleasantly surprised and impressed to find it was not finely chopped up chicken, but cut up grilled chicken chunks with nicely sautéed onions. We were happy to return, pleased to find that good quality & taste was still there and its what we were used to after almost 15 years of frequenting here. We were happy to see Commanders game & flag displayed for this Sunday game with many fans inside boisterously enjoying the game playingon all the tvs. All day specials were going on today and Jay told us everything they were offering on the specially priced menu which was a nice extensive list of bar food and drinks, including $3 Yeungling.
