He made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen and when. I had made sure the crawlspace opening was big enough to get into (as you could barely fit a head through the hole in the wall) and made sure he had plenty of room to work in around the pool and were the original panel was. He was prompt, courteous, professional, neat and organized. He also took the time to make sure everything was working, that all areas were cleaned up and we knew how everything worked ( timer for pool and how the switches worked) when the job was done. Thought the job would have taken longer than a few days but he was organized, and efficient which I could tell made all the difference. Great job and guys all around. Thank you George and Nick.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION…read more We had James MacCormack and his assistant come out to our home we were selling to update electrical items (i.e. replace a failed breaker causing non-working electrical outlets, install gfci outlets, update smoke alarms to CO/smoke/voice alarms) that were identified during an inspection during the sale of our home. They were quick in their response time, thorough, and extremely patient with meeting buyers demands to have all work completed documented in extreme written detail. When the difficult buyers came through during final walk-through stating they were not signing closing papers as panel box was not compliant, thereby delaying the sale of the property, MacCormack quickly returned to the house (at no additional cost to us) within the hour to verify all was compliant with state electrical guidelines. Our personal experience of James MacCormack is that he is a patient, hardworking, and knowledgable electrician with years of experience to back up his expertise. With regard to cost, in our 20+ years in our home, we have had many electricians complete work on our many home improvements and updates. We found MacCormack to be extremely affordable and fair in his pricing. On top of all that, based on our conversations he is a decent, caring human being. Enough said.
