Absolutely love this place! We swung in here on a whim after seeing the open house signs on the road. We were looking for an apartment for a short term lease. Senita personnel were accommodating and showed us several apartments on a moments notice (literally). The Apartments were newer, and updated and very clean. We rented our apartment for a 2 month lease. We were able to do all the paperwork online, bonus for us as we live out of state. Our move in was simple and they had referrals for furniture places as well. The amenities are great with an immaculate pool area with a pavilion with grills that actually do work! The work out room has updated equipment and everything you need to clean equipment after your workout. There's a recreation building with television, games, coffee, cold brew, wi-if, pool table, shuffleboard table and several tables with seating and a comfortable tv area with a sectional couch and great furnishings. Can I tell you about Senita personnel? I love them! Bernadette is the Community manager and she's a gem! So helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. Bernadette and her team have gone out of their way to make our stay here fantastic! Such a refreshing change after some other places we have rented. Two Thursday's a month there's a different food truck; nice for the days you aren't wanting to cook. Most importantly, I stayed here alone 1/2 the time and as a woman, I felt safe. Oh yes, I love this place!

Trash area kept nice and clean!!

It's been about a week since the move, and I have to say I am so impressed with the staff and maintenance of the grounds/common areas! Below are a few things that I found worth mentioning: -Valet Trash: SO convenient! Who wants to carry their trash to the dumpster when you can get it picked up several days a week :) The trash areas are also kept nice and clean if you need to dispose/recycle. -Washer/Dryer: LOVE the top load washers versus what I had last (front load). -Unit/balcony: Great square footage for the price. Love the dark floors with the updated interiors and appliances! -Fitness Center: The fitness center is equipped with all your essentials to get a solid workout in. I also considered buying a Peloton bike for my home but realized the property provides two bikes with access to a variety of classes! -Dog Park: Large enough space for my dogs to run around and play. On a side note, I have picked up dog poop (not from my dogs) countless times at my old property. It is a relief that Senita is enforcing that all dog owner's pick up their dog poop with Poo Print (ID technology from swabs taken from dogs to identify any poop left behind)--genius!

Main room, kitchen.

I spent well over 5k to transition from out of State to serve the homeless community in Arizona. From the roaches, scorpions, and AC unit breaking down. I couldn't take any more misery and decided to end my lease prematurely. The units are spacious, but the cabinetry is dated, there is no security. The gates are very short, many people experiencing homelessness hop over and steal items off the property. While a resident, I had a large package stolen from downstairs by the Amazon lockers. The Property Manager,Gina, needs to be fired! She doesn't know how to manage property. There is usually about 5-10 residents moving out weekly. Don't waste your time, resources, or energy. There is a brand new apartment directly across the street. You will be much happier there, guaranteed. I tried to hold off leaving a negative review. But it's time to Speak the truth. In 39 years of life. This is by far the worst property manager I have encountered. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate, condescending, and disrespectful. Finally, beware, if for any chance you are unhappy, your needs would not be met and your concerns would fall on deaf years. This is no way to treat a Resident!! I paid all my rent on time, submitted a 60 day notice, complained to Management, all for nothing! In the end, they reported me to collections. I want an itemized break down of move out charges. My understandng, is that since you rented out my unit before my lease expired, I should not be held to that!! You have been warned. Save yourself the headache, and pain from unnecessary charges. Don't be fooled by the reviews. This place is TRASH!!! they did have a good team under Gina, but of course, since they need Gina's approval for everything. Don't waste your time!! You can expect cars flying in and out, roaches, scorpians, dirty hallways, etc!! Not worth $1900. Since relocating, I save $300 monthly. My new community is exceptional. They have a playground, dog park, full amenties, car wash, and responsive staff! Do your research and due diligence. Dont be fooled by the pics. Or friendly staff. Overall, I would highly discourage anyone from moving here!! All the best, I hope you find nice, quiet, decent place to call home, because this ain't it!

I've read some negative…read morereviews claiming racism and poor maintenance service, but as a long-term resident, I can say that's absolutely untrue. The community is diverse, inclusive, and welcoming, hosting pool parties where everyone is welcomed, even if you don't bring anything. The Ladies in the office are always professional and responsive. Maintenance concerns are always promptly addressed, and they're very dog-friendly. My dog goes into the office every day to get her doggie treat, and the entire office staff is very nice to her, and she loves them. The two pics are my dog visiting the ladies

When first moving in I mentioned 6 errors in the apartments that needed to be fixed and also notated on checklist they provide at move in. Brenda stated she will have them fixed but we never received a follow up. But despite multiple follow-ups, I've been ignored completely. When I finally spoke to someone in the office, the staff member was dismissive and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. 7 months later we reached out and had to go down to the office and reassure them of the errors in apartment had not been fixed. That includes missing closet door, light bulbs, water heater, loud washer and dryer, messy painted counter and etc. Furthermore I had to deal with Brenda & Megan hanging up phone calls, cutting me off while speaking, stating that I won't be living here that long, Racism. We went through chain of command and spoke to who is above them and he stated he will have a meeting in regard to this situation but nothing has changed. This lack of professionalism is really disappointing and reflects poorly on how management handles resident concerns. It's disappointing to feel unimportant in a place I call home. I hope the leasing office improves its communication and customer service, as it's clear this is something that needs attention." This type of treatment not only made me feel undervalued, but it also suggests a lack of care for residents' needs. It seems like the leasing office doesn't prioritize creating a positive community experience or offering basic customer service.

Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Hassle…read more It's been a rollercoaster of unfortunate events since day one. While the community itself is great and family/dog friendly, dealing with management and maintenance has been a nightmare. They do try to make things right, but honestly, it's rarely worth the constant hassle. Maintenance is an ongoing "he said, she said" game -- they'll tell you something needs to be replaced, then report to the office that it's fixed. I've had to walk to the office, show pictures, and demand action. When I did, the managers (Debbie & Renee) brushed it off, saying maintenance had already left for the day -- at 4 p.m., even though they leave at 4:30. One of the worst incidents was when our replaced dishwasher wasn't properly installed -- it nearly fell on my 8-month-old and caused our apartment to flood. The on-call maintenance said they'd arrive in 45 minutes... it took over 4 hours while the water kept rising. Dawn in the office was always lost, Mercedes tried her best but could never get answers, and everything was "we're trying to reach Debbie." When management switched, Carla seemed kind and worked quickly to get us out of a mold-infested unit, but they started cutting into moldy walls while we were still living there. Being young, I didn't know we could have broken the lease due to the uninhabitable conditions. They moved us to another unit, but that one had its own issues -- every time it rained, it rained inside. On top of that, there was a constant bug infestation. We were diligent with maintenance requests, followed their schedule, and moved our dog around to accommodate them, but it never got better. My family is still dealing with the health effects of living in mold, and management has done nothing to compensate us. Instead, they charged outrageous fees for giving a 40-day notice instead of 60 -- even though we left before our lease end date. If you value your health, safety, and sanity, look elsewhere. They will nickel-and-dime you for everything and take zero accountability for their own negligence. Oh and let me tell you it all stems from the property management that is not even based in Arizona I met with her as well kind but doesn't do a thing. This is just the start I have so many more stories and photos.

The property amenities are routinely closed without prior notice (pools/hot tubs) and if they're not closed, they're often unclean (pool was green most of summer and dog poop throughout the complex). It's nearly impossible to receive compensation after disputing false charges. Management claims they're "waiting for the billing office to send the checks" however it takes months before compensation is received. Odds are you won't receive your security deposit back. Many previous residents cited never receiving their promised security deposits back even after being told by the management company that the apartments were left in pristine condition. I lived here for 3 years and I can promise you that there are much better properties out there.

LAUREN BREWER IS UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!!…read more !!!DO NOT RENT OR EVEN TRY TO RENT FROM SPECTRA!!! Do not rent from Spectra on 7th. We had recently come in to look at an apartment when we were notified both of the cheaper units were being pulled off of the market for renovations. Fair enough. We went back to look at a more expensive unit, willing to spend a little more for the experience of Spectra. We were notified by Lauren Brewer that the prices had dropped substantially, so much so she even had to check with management, who was just as surprised. We were excited at the potential of a luxury apartment at a better price so we applied immediately. From the moment we began applying for the apartment that had just been listed at a cheaper price, we had nothing but dismissive & rude interactions from both office workers, mainly Lauren Brewer. She sounded almost gleeful telling my husband we were denied a lease due to an invalid charge from a previous rental, which we quickly provided proof for. It seems like they are trying to take the apartment we applied for off the market, again, to renovate & list it at a higher price. A very sneaky & slimy move on their part. I understand business is business but having someone apply for an apartment immediately deny them on some untrue premises is incredibly unprofessional, riding on illegal & Mark Taylor is alsoan untrustworthy company for doing so. I will not stop until the valley of the sun & its potential renters know about this sketchy place of business. AVOID SPECTRA AT ALL COSTS!!!

Despite all of that, Saratoga Ridge is now attempting to send us to collections and threaten our credit over fraudulent charges. During our tenancy, our roof leaked three separate times. These leaks were reported, documented, and "repaired" by maintenance--mostly by patching and painting over the damage, not fixing the actual problem. The leaks damaged our walls, affected the aesthetic of our home, and even ruined furniture. Management did not take these issues seriously while we lived there. Now, after move-out, they are trying to charge us for damage caused by their own maintenance failures. We also reported multiple issues in the unit that were never properly addressed, often blamed on a lack of maintenance staff. When maintenance did show up, the work was rushed, incomplete, or careless. Yet somehow, Saratoga Ridge believes tenants should be financially responsible for problems that were repeatedly reported and ignored. Saratoga Ridge puts on a good front. They offer "deals," host tenant events, and do giveaways that make it seem like they care. In hindsight, it feels like a charade. They get their money back in the end by nickel-and-diming former tenants with questionable and unsupported charges, hoping people won't fight back. I'm not mad because I was a bad tenant--I wasn't. I'm mad at myself for not reading reviews like this sooner and thinking our experience would be different. It wasn't. If you're considering Saratoga Ridge, don't make the same mistake. Choose a place that actually values its tenants, takes maintenance seriously, and doesn't try to damage your credit after you leave. Saratoga Ridge may look good on paper, but when it matters most, they will treat you like you're disposable. Choose better. Trust me.

Me and my BF moved in, and it felt like we were living in a hell hole. This was a year ago we moved in but moved out a couple months before out lease was up in September. "John" the front desk guy-horrible service and doesn't understand how to do his job at all. He also seems like he thinks he's above everyone and racist. We had an issue with our air conditioning where it stopped working. Mind you it was 105-115 outside and we had no air conditioning. and the heater kept turning on. We had gone to go clean the air conditioning filter and there was Black, White, Green and blue mold in the air vents and there was so much hair stuck in there as well. The screws came out of the ceiling and were rusty, the whole thing almost took out my bf. We took pictures and showed john, and he didn't care at all-he told us to duct tape it back up and that they couldn't do anything about it. We showed him the mold, and he just looked away. I have an autoimmune disease (MS), So that is very deadly to me, and I ended up getting very sick from it. We told John again and nothing. The Maintenace tried to come up to our apartment without us knowing and tried to enter without our permission, It seemed like they might have, and our stuff was moved around like they were looking for something. I went back down telling john that we can't stay here cause of the mold and i gave him (handed him directly)-Photos of the mold and broken screws and how the huge vent was hanging down from the ceiling and gave him our notice and gave him a summary on my disability and why I can't stay here or I will end up in the hospital again. He took the papers and set them to the side and didn't care to look. We broke the lease and moved out and he continued to add more money onto our stuff and then threaten us that we would have to pay 2000+ more dollars to get out and shit. "John" doesn't care about the people he only cares about the "Property image" and his "Precious BMW" He's a coward and he is horrible. Last but not least, the homeless people...Like talk about being a gated community but the gate is always unlocked, and I had older men follow me to my apartment and watch me go in and then walk up the stairs and knock on my door...Not safe at all.
